“ This hotel is excellent and certainly worth 5 stars. The standard of the rooms are of a very high standard, the service throughout is excellent and the food in the restaurant is first class. A hotel I would certainly recommend and also use in the future. The only downside for this hotel is that the town of Cala San Vicente appears to be in decline, with one large hotel closed already, and the town needs investment and improvement by the political powers of Spain otherwise it will die.

“ I was booked into the Capri in Puerto Pollensa which you own and know to have been closed since October 2010 for refurbishment. In spite of asking you for a hotel in Puerto Pollensa near my friends I was given La Moraleja. It cost me £120 in total going down to Pollensa for my evening meal and of course returning. 12 euros during the day and 13 euros in th evening. As I am a pensioner I found this a burden on my finances. As you were aware of this situation I think you should take some responsibility for this heavy extra cost. i am assured by the hotel that tour operators were informed. I await your comments before I look to ABTA Sincerely Jennifer Paterson
