We stayed at this hotel 2nd May for 4 nights 2 adults 1 child (3) All inclusive with transfers On arrival we thought the hotel looked very grand and the reception staff were lovely. They even opened the restaurant at midnight for us to eat a cold meal. The room we stayed in 2210 block 2 was very spacious and had a fantactic view of the beach.
NEGATIVES;
The pools were in shade till about 11am which made them very cold.
The food had NO variety
Location....In the middle of nowhere.
All inclusive not as expected. Lots of hidden extra costs( Read the food/drink menu's before ordering).
Evening meals not till 19:30hrs...No good for young children.
Hotel built on a cliff. Not good if elderly or pushchairs.

POSITIVES;
1. Beautiful hotel.
2. Georgeous views.
3. Very close to the beach.

If you fancy a walk then the only place worth going is Magaluf, a 20 min walk after going up about 80 steps at the other side of the beach...again not good if elderly or pushchair.
There is a supermarket(expensive) at the back of the beach but again is uphill and off road.
Appearance 8/10
Staff 4/10
Food 4/10
Beach 7/10
Value for money 6/10
Overall 5/10

Top Tip: Get a room away from the entertainment stage as very noisey and goes on till late.

A grand hotel with absolutely fantastic views. We had a superior room which was large in size with plenty of room. There was plenty of cupboard space and the bed was very comfortable. There was a safe in the room which only cost 2 euros a day. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast and dinner were very nice and had a variety of food. There were 2 pools available. One for the quieter people and one wiich provided entertainment by the animation team. The evening entertainment was good and lively. It's a great hotel spread over many different floors. The views are awesome and hits a great place for a retreat. We stayed there for 4 days and had a great time and enjoyed the break. I would rate this a four star definitely.

hotel was ok 4 star reception pools etc but the food and rooms were 3 star also asked for a seaview and were fobbed off politely. Beach was great.The area around the pools stayed in the shade until well after lunch aircon in the rooms was none existent only one local shop which was shut by nine no other places to go within walking distance hotel is a bit out in the sticks. We had a good week with the weather so the stay was fine but think we would have been struggling if it was bad. One last thing the entertainment was well ment but a bit naff the four yr olds liked it though they did,nt notice it was the same every night.

Stayed here as a group of four female friends. (mid 40's). Unfortunately our room was not available upon arrival at 12noon, but we found the reception staff friendly and helpful, with bags stored in a safe room. We requested adjacent rooms, and duly sorted. We didn't pay for sea view, so didnt get it - but the view from the hotel top floor was lovely. Rooms are spacious, cleaned daily and refreshing. The mini kitchen area with fridge is a bonus for AI, but I think would be a struggle if actually trying to cook.
We loved our stay, and would definitely return, however I would suggest the hotel is not suitable for all.
The location will be perfect for some, a nightmare for others. I can list positives, and negatives, but have rated highly because it suited our needs.
Beach access is fabulous, and a necessity as due to late season the pools (and majority of loungers) sit in the shade for much of the day. All inclusive food was nice quality, but lunch and dinner are very similar, and a week would possibly be enough. Drinks options were a contradiction with bottles of wine, beer and water served at lunch but only 1 cocktail choice per day. Cava breakfasts are also served. Also to be noted AI ceases at 12noon on day of departure.
Entertainment was awful! Of 3 nights, 2 were hotel staff led and very poor, the other was a magician that was nothing exciting - I like the tribute bands though.

Top Tip: Can't say alot as didn't leave the hotel!
However loungers and parasols on the beach cost Euro3.60 ea per day.
