Spa with charge and Wellness center totally new. Parking fee. Wifi free in the lobby. Rooms with internet access (€) on request. The hotel is in a fab location with a great view and right on the beach.
The food was freshly made, always hot and with loads of choice for meat eaters, vegeterians or general fussy eaters (which I am). The hotel has lots of older people, didnt bother me but I would say it wouldnt suit younger couples or groups of lads/girls.
The entertainment isnt great but there is another bar if you didnt want to go and watch/suffer the entertainment.
The is a lovely Spa which we used when we had bad weather one day, also an indoor poor where a lovely young girl does aqua aerobics. The reception staff we so helpful as were the dining room staff, but I must say the bar staff were a little grumpy. Cala Vinas is a lovely quiet resort but mostly hotel based as there are only a couple of little bars/resteraunts and a supermarket.
“ Top Tip: Nearest resort is Magaluf which is a different world and its all Brit Pubs and Hen/Stag nights.

“ The staff are all very friendly and helpful..from the receptionists, to the bar staff,the waiters in the restaurant,the entertainment staff,the cleaners...nothing was a problem,and, my wife commented on the lovely aroma from the lillies in the foyer... fresh every day,and, the view from our room was just fabulous!!!! You would be correct if you think we are biased..this was our second stay.
