“ Great hotel for the price. Food was a lot better then most of the bad reviews on here are saying. There was loads of choice each meal times, I think some people can just never be pleased. You've got to remember that at the end of the day this is a 3 star hotel so you're not going to get gourmet food for this price.
Some people on here complained about the staff being rude, but if you take the time to speak to them they are very friendly. They all work very long hours so no wonder they come across rude if people are not polite to them, it doesn't take anything to say hello and ask them how they are.
The rooms are fairly small but to be honest you're on holiday you don't need a big room. They are clean and tiday and are cleaned every other day.
The pools are amazing and there was so many beds free when we went, not once did we have to "reserve" one.
The entertainment was ok, actually very good when you take into account how many nationalities they are trying to cater for. The resort is quite quiet, few shops and bars. Nice to go for a wander in the evening to have a change of scenary from the hotel.
Overally a really good hotel and very good value for money.

“ The hotel complex had everything we needed to make our holiday a great one. Food choice was varied enough to suit all needs, only down side it could have been hotter. There were always free tables on entering the dining room even though the hotel appeared busy and these were cleared quickly. Rooms were clean and roomy with maids visiting alternate days. Air conditioning was available at no charge. We did not take children but noted there was lots of organised activities for kids in the day and entertainment for them at night until 10pm. Every night there was live entertainment for adults, this was mainly on the outside stage with plenty of seating and tables. No problem finding a sun bed there were always lots available. The pool had a good location as the sun was always on it. Good choice for people who like outdoor sport ie football, basketball, tennis. Good choice of drinks at the bar, didn't have to wait to get served. Hotel was well manned, lots of staff in all areas. No problems found by my husband and myself, would go back.

“ Top Tip: Good choice of shops, pubs and restaurants within 5 minute walk of complex. Good bus service, reasonable prices to get you around.

“ We went as a family of 3 and absolutely loved it..slides and pools where great the entertainment was good,kids club was brilliant,very friendly staff.rooms where excellent with a fridge and big balcony..biggest room we have had in majorca.Will be booking again for next yr.

“ Top Tip: the lovely little beach there is a must
