The Samoa Hotel features 331 refurbished rooms. Guest rooms feature bathroom, safe box (hire from reception) and balcony. Rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and will either comprise twin beds or double-size beds, plus double sofa beds or bunk beds for the kids. All rooms have been renovated this winter and all have Air Conditioning. The main building has 8 floors with 3 further buildings surrounding the garden, each consisting of 3 floors each.Please collect your keys from reception.

I returned from my 5 day trip on 18/05/2012,i found the hotel to be better than expected. The staff were helpful, hardworking and very organised. I was clear that everyone was putting in their best effort to meet the needs of the guests. The hotel & gardens/pool, were very well cleaned as were the public areas, rooms & dining room.
The room accommodation was a bit noisy, but there was a midnight request for guests to respect the nighttime quiet. by & large this was the case. The bed was a little hard if you like a soft one, however after a couple of nights you adjust.
The rooms were very simple but spaciuos bathroom, and very well cleaned. Guest towels are not permitted poolside so you can make your own arrangements. The food in the hotel was wonderful, and very varied. I cannot understand any comments that there was a limited choice , this was not what I found, sometimes even 3 different choice of fish available at the one sitting. Again the staff were courteous & helpfull, & efficient. The beach is just a very short stroll along a quiet road, what a delight to see such a beautiful cove. perfect. In addition there is a paved costal walkway from the beach which further extends the marvelous views of the ocean, suitable for use of young & not so young. A perfect spot to enjoy a very safe relaxing holiday, well done to the staff of the Samoa, they are doing a great job!
I would certainly conider returning again.

“ Hotel did have a lot of families so wouldnt be suitable to single groups looking for a wild party. Rooms were clean and made up every day. All inclusive meals were buffet and were adeuquate however served the same/similar foods each day so this got quite boring. Would go back to hotel again.

“ we stayed at this hotel 6yrs ago and the overall standard remains the same Friendly staff, excellent cleanliness the only negative was the food, the choice was quite limited especially the childrens section , had my children been with me i would have been taking them to a restaurant every day,which a great many guests were doing as we went out ourselves for dinner one night and the place was full of guests from the Samoa. I think i only had one meal during my stay that i DIDNT have to heat up in the microwave , that luckily was available in the dining area (presumably for baby food ) . We heard lots of people complaining , and a Manager (wearing a suit ) was seen photographing the food one day, the food did seem to be improving on our last day but as we were coming home we had no way of knowing if this continued.It would be such a shame for this hotel to lose bookings because of the food because other than that i would reccomend it
