Hotel overview Sol Calas de Mallorca Resort
This holiday resort is located on a cliff top with stunning views over the sea, between the pretty beaches of Cala Domingos and Cala Antena. There are three buildings surrounded by 25,000 m² of gardens. There is a sun terrace at sea level which can be reached from the Mastines building. The hotel is in the municipality of Manacor, 17 km from the city of the same name, and is less than 20 km from numerous attractions. It is 67 km from the airport in Palma de Mallorca. This corner of Mallorca offers the visitor an ideal location for unforgettable vacations.
The resort provides different kinds of accommodation and catering arrangements, with a hot and cold buffet available at meal times. Each building has its own restaurant, lounge bar and swimming pool bar except for the annex in the gardens. There are TV rooms and air conditioned rooms with large satellite TV screens. There are several entertainment stages, both indoors and outdoors, and a wide range of daytime and evening activities. All the public areas of the resort, as well as the indoor bars and restaurants, are air conditioned. The sun terraces are spacious with free sunbeds and sunshades for guests.
The resort has several swimming pools for adults and for children and there is also an indoor heated pool. There are spacious green areas and children's play areas.

“ The resort was fairly small and not much to do but as we were there to relax and unwind we did not mind. The food was basic and not always piping hot, I am not a fussy eater but my ten year old would have struggled with the food options if he would have been with us. The views were breathtaking but beaches not very big, can only imagine what its like in the height of summer. The resort was very clean and house keeping in the room was every day.

“ the hotel rooms was clean and nice however they lacked small things like hair dryers and kettles with these they would be greatly improved, there was plenty of food to eat but needed to be hot and not warm a few times i had to ask for my food to be cooked some more as they seem to only cook one side of some things ie: burgers fish chops bacon and much more, it was a good ten mins walk to the beach and at lease 1to 2hrs away from any main attractions,

“ The hotel was very clean and pleasant. The staff were polite helpful. The food catered for everyone no matter what country they came from offering a good selection of dishes at every service. The entertainment was good and they tried to cater of all ages both young and old alike
“ Top Tip: a very nice sheltered cove nearby with great clear water great for snorkling

Hotel El Vistamar is located in the beautiful port of Colom on the seafront. All rooms are elegantly furnished with facilities including air conditioning, minibars, hairdryer and television. “ The hotel was extreamly clean!! However it was a bit dated and needs some decoration done, carpets, wallpaper etc. The food was ok, evening meal was the best. It is mainly a German hotel which was not a problem for us but obviously the food did seem to be catered for them especially breakfast.

“ This hotel is really in the right place with everything on the doorstep and ideal for a fab hols. The hotel was clean and exactly what you would expect from a 3 star. Nice pool area and clean throughout and excellent staff, We stayed half board the food was okay - I am vegetarian and there was a reasonable salad bar - though lots of this had meat in it.
