On the plus side:
The hotel receptionists were really nice, speak both English and German, and the rooms were clean.
The beds had comfy,with relatively new mattresses. The hotel is right next to a nice small beach.
Stunning views - It has a restaurant overlooking the bay. You can only book halfboard, ie. breakfast and dinner, but no lunches are offered. The dinner has a changing buffet, and is tasty.
On the other hand:
The breakfast is below average on the whole, although the mini-croissants and the fried eggs were good.
One of the waitresses was quite abrupt and rude to us. They do have highchairs but you can't strap the child in, so ours climbed out there in no time.
There is no playground nearby, so for families with young children maybe not so ideal.

Pedro is a restaurant in walking distance which does great freshly cooked Paellas!
ASK FOR DECENT INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET THERE if you travel by hire-car. It is not easy to find - our satnav could not find the Carrer d'Arrago

very quiet, no music or entertainment.
we wanted a quiet, relaxing break.
the hotel was full but we were the only english couple .
all the other guests were german.
staff spoke little english.
meals were above average.

“ Hotel was spotlessly clean. Rooms were roomy with good size balcony. We stayed in a sea view room with beautiful views of the beach and sea. Pool area was overlooking the sea with plenty of sunbeds. There was a bar by the pool which served light lunches which were very nice, but this bar only opened for 2 hours at lunchtime. Breakfasts had a good selection of food which was adequate for us. We stayed on a half board basis, the restaurant closed at 8.30 pm so we had to eat early which wasn't really ideal, we opted to eat out a few nights. The food was buffet style which was edible but a bit boring. We would have preferred a bed and breakfast option at this hotel.
“ Top Tip: A lovely restaurant 100 yards up the road, lovely food with beautiful views overlooking the bay, gorgeous food and service, although quite expensive.
