I travelled to this hotel off-peak and so some of the bars and resteraunts on the complex had yet to open, also the entertainment at this time was limited
Food in the buffet resteraunts was good, being well presented and varied; I had no problem finding something I was happy eating at every meal
The bars served an adequate variety of all-inclusive drinks, and getting served was rarely a problem
The complex is nicely set out and maintained, but with one of the main buildings across a road (as well as the hotel annexes) families with young children would need to be wary of them wandering off. Unfortunately leave the complex and the surrounding area is a let down with many run down streets and little entertainment in the immediate vicinity
This hotel is probably best suited to those who do not wish to venture off complex, particularly in the evening

Very Good

I had booked and paid for 1 double room and 1 triple room as there should have been 5 of us going but 1 of the ladies could not go, when we arrived at the hotel i explained that there were only 4 people but as we had paid for these rooms we still expected to get them. then we were told that the rooms were to be in different buildings, i said no as the 2 rooms had been booked together we expected to be in the same building! the man then spoke to his colleague in spanish and after the looked at a few lists of paper we were given 2 double rooms in the Gobi that were very small 1 room did not even have a balcony (room 309). I am glad we were only there for 3 nights, apart from the room situation we could not fault anything else about the hotel.

Top Tip: There is a Mcdonalds and a Burger King down at the beach front!!

Hotel was very busy as it was Easter Holidays. The staff were hard working, polite, and helpful.

I had booked a cycling holiday and the hotel was a good base for cycling and the hotel had no issues with bikes.

had booked the hotel with some other cyclists 3 months ago. Their rooms were cancelled 2 days before travel. Not sure who was at fault, the booking agent or the hotel.

Top Tip: As previously stated a good basefor cycling.
