The Hotel is located in a village called Estellencs and is approx 17km from Andratx. Maristel Hotel, recently refurbished, has become a fantastic haven to escape the fast pace of everyday life. Its location, amidst the beautiful Sierra Tramuntana, is the departure point for many excursions. Cala Estellencs's beautiful calm and crystalline waters...If you enjoy trekking the hotel is situated in a unique site for those who love pleasant walks over the mountains. Estellencs is perfect for trips to Valldemossa, Deyá, Monasterio de Lluc, Sóller, Port d'Andratx the sand beaches of Sant Elm and Camp de Mar.

“ This is a very individual choice of hotel. It is in an unspoilt village setting, and there are no facilities within the village other than a couple of small shops and two cafes. There is a good bus service to Palma every day at about 2 hour intervals (it takes 1.25 hrs to get there). There is parking outside the hotel, but on a 'first come first served' basis. There are other car parks at either end of the village But......the Hotel Maristel is superb!!! The staff are wonderful, the meals good and the rooms basic but very comfortable. We had a sea/village view and enjoyed 'people watching'. The spa pool was the icing on the cake. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi added to a really warm pool and we were in heaven. What a way to unwind.
