“ hotel very clean but alittle sad, needs a refurb not a 4* ,food could be better and hotter but plentiful no need to starve.What makes up for everything else is the pool and sea area, just wonderful, straight into the sea , snorkling within yards of your sunbed.Not much around the hotel , but just a short bus ride into palma and there is everything you could want.We realy had a good holiday,not sure we would go again,too many russians who were realy quiet unfriendly and rude [could not even return a smile or greeting]with not many manners.

“ Compared to other hotels in the area that I have stayed in, this one just wasn't up to much. Food at breakfast was nothing special, the rooms didn't seem very clean and the staff were rude. Sorry I can't give a more positive review.
“ Top Tip: Portals Nous is wonderful for restaurants and looking at boats.

“ This hotel was not a four star- its tired and the busier it got the lack of sunbeds and umbrellas increased. Reception staff polite but not helpful and food distinctly average. Location was good but wont be hurrying to return.

“ Do not agree to floor four, the smell is unbearable. The hotel is very dated and although clean it could really benefit from a refurb.. Also the breakfasts are very poor quality. However the location of the hotel is world class.
