We have 49 apartments and 2 studios fully equipped. The apartments have a bedroom with two single beds, and a living room with a sofa bed, a total capacity for four people. The studios are only for two people. They all have a complete bathroom with a shower or a bathtub.
All our apartments have a large and sunny balcony facing the street. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the utilities needed, a fridge, microwave or oven. There is a safety deposit box and a telephone (both chargeable) in each apartment bedroom. Heating is on from January until March, and air conditioning from June until September. There is a sun terrace with sun beds an outdoor pool with parasols and a pool bar in addition to a wide range of water sports on any of the nearby beaches.

“ Top Tip: We enjoyed going to the White Horse Karaoke Bar and food was good too and not too overpriced. Robin Hood Karaoke Bar/Restaurant - friendly and also not overpriced to eat or drink there. Tom Brown's - Manchester owned Bar - not overpriced and large portions. Arfurs Karaoke Bar - Lager (maoh) E1.50 and 2 meals for E10 - nice too! Only problem though is the Hawkers - very annoying and don't always take NO for an answer, very clean place and the Beach was lovely with Bins even on it. If your thinking of going and your mature go the First 2 Weeks in October, because after that everything's going downhill including the Weather and Nitelife!

“ Excellent spacious apartments that are ideally located for both Magaluf and Palma Nova nice balcony which gets the sun in the afternoon. small pool area with free sun beds and pool bar. I expect its very busy in summer and quite noisy at night, however for a out of season place to stay it ticks all if the boxes.
“ Top Tip: For all you party animals who just want to spend their money on drinking and clubbing don't forget to visit the best and cheapest place to eat on the whole island no one and i mean no one can beat their 1 euro menu yes I did say 1 Euro, Burger, Chilli n Rice, Spag Bol Sausage n Mash all 1 Euro oh nearly forget the place you will all be wanting to visit is just off the main Magaluf strip called Rockahunnys, all the people in the know eat here!!!!!

“ appartments o.k. - you get what you pay for - no complaints from me and my partner.Location is spot on for beach and night time entertainments.you don't have to go far to get good prices for both booze and food.
“ Top Tip: The Oak bar at end of appartment block is great for acheap beer and watching the world go by. plenty of cheap food houses to find within walking distance

This hotel is conveniently located between the Majorcan cities of Palma Nova and Magaluf in a peaceful area with views overlooking the Bay of Palma. “ We've stayed at this hotel before and both times have had a great holiday the rooms have fabulous views out to sea the best we've ever had, we were on the second floor to the left of the pool and it was very quiet and peaceful, with no problems of noise.

The Aquasol ApartHotel is located in the heart of Palma Nova, 150 metres away from one of the large white sandy beaches where you can find a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and the possibility to practice many different water sports. The ApartHotel has a total of 132 apartments which have been totally refurbished to a very high standard during the winter of 2009/2010. They are distributed in independent blocks of 3 floors around the fantastic central pool area and are surrounded by a well kept tropical garden. The large modern pool with a separate section for children has a spacious terrace enabling you to enjoy sunbathing, have a meal at the poolside restaurant or sample one of our cocktails from the bar.
“ Spent 5 nights on bed and breakfast basis at the Aquasol , hotel was very quiet as closing soon for the winter season. Staff friendly and helpfull. Apartment clean and spacious. Would definetly return !!

Conveniently located in Torrenova, between the popular resorts of Palmanova and Magalluf, the TRH Palmanova is set in a sunny area in the south-western part of the island, on a fairly steep hill (not recommended for those with walking difficulties), with wonderful views overlooking the Bay of Palma. Located in the centre of Palma Nova and less than 200 metres away from the beach these apartments are set in spacious grounds with a swimming pool, solarium, tennis court and supermarket. There is a restaurant situated in the complex offering a selection of excellent cuisine. All the apartments are designed with modern and comfortable amenities.
“ hotel was spotless and had great facilities as it was october the indoor pool was invaluable my granddaughters were in it every day more than once. the outdoor fun park was also great for them even though it was a bit cold (freezing in fact) but it didnt stop them using it. i would recommend this hotel to everyone x

The Sol Y Vera apartments enjoy an excellent location in Magaluf, just 200 metres away from the beach and close by to the commercial centre of Magaluf. Palma airport is also just a 20 minute drive away. Sol Y Vera offers an excellent range of on site leisure facilities including a swimming pool. There is also a bus stop located close by providing excellent access to the surrounding areas.
