The beach hotel comprises a total of 67 rooms on 6 floors of which 12 are singles, 6 are triple and 49 are doble with sea o mountain view. The complexes facilities include a reception, 2 lifts, a bar, a children's play area and a TV room as well as a restaurant with a non-smoking area. Laundry and room services are also available. Younger guests can take advantage of the playground.Located in the tourist area of Paguera, practically on the sea a few meters from the beach and at the same time five minutes paguera center where you will find souvenirs, restaurants and bars.
A 25 km from Palma and 30 km from the airport.The en suite rooms are light and furnished in a homely way. They contain a terrace, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, mini bar and telephone.On the upper floor, there is a furnished sun terrace, a swimming pool and a saloon bar with a magnificent view over the bay. There is also a spa pool, a solarium and table tennis available. For an additional fee guests may enjoy a sauna, a game of tennis or a round of pool. The entertainment programme rounds the hotel's offerings off superbly.The check in is after 14pm and check out before 11am.

This was my fifth time staying at this lovely hotel - unfortunately, due to renovation work, the only access to the hotel was via over 100 difficult steps!!
This would make it very hard for older/disabled people to get up & down to the beach or town.
However, I believe there is going to be a lot of further renovation work, including the provision of front steps and elevator(s)

Top Tip:
Lots of lovely restaurants in this area - Cupid'or and La Pampa are very nice(£££)
The Beach Club restaurant on the front of the promenade is very good value(£)
There are lots of lovely inexpensive cafes for snacks everywhere.

“ Basic rooms but very clean and comfortable. Pool, sun and bar terrace lovely with great views over sea and beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to beach (down 110 steps) may not be suitable for everyone, but good exercise. Would use hotel again.

“ Suitable for people who like a more reserved holiday. Extremely basic rooms (don't come more basic) but very clean. Have to walk down steps to beach (Lots) and down a hill to town but well worth the effort. Views are fantastic.
“ Top Tip: Almost everyone ventures right out of hotel and into town. Recommend an afternoon investigating to left.
