The staff of the Castillo Hotel Son Vida could not be more friendly or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and travelling for the first time with a four month old baby, we were overwhelmed with the attentiveness of all of the staff throughout our stay.
The hotel is welcoming for all ages. However, although it does have a kids club, being tucked away in a stunning and peaceful location, it would likely hold a limited interest for particularly active children and teens. That aside, we could not fault the facilities or again, the staff, and would readily recommend this hotel and spa to other travellers.
