for a high rated hotel there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but when we asked they did provide them.
Twin room was two beds pushed together, there was no way you could put them any other way so really it was a double room this was dissapointing.
apart from this the hotel was wonderful.

“ I travel 6 or 7 times per year to Europe, USA and Caribbean. I always stay in 5 star accommodation. I have to say this is one of the nicest Hotels I have ever stayed in. Rooms are beautiful, suggest ocean view with balcony. Staff are the friendliest and most helpful you will find anywhere. The Hotel is perfectly positioned at the Marina and close to several excellent restaurants and bars. We got a great rate through Travelrepublic and had a wonderful time.

Top marks for service. Staff well trained, friendly and very helpful. Really make you feel welcome and a valued guest.
Nice extra touches e.g. provided free bottle of Cava on my birthday.
The only minor criticism I found was that the toilet paper provided in hotel rooms and public loos was single ply, and rather narrower than normally found in the UK.
Nice buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and fresh food - eggs cooked to order.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
