“ This is an excellent hotel, we had a junior suite which was great for us and we really enjoyed the first class swimming pool fed by a saltwater well which cleared up my excsma. Free Spa and tennis/ raquets facilities were was also great. The restaurant and bar was good but very overpriced compared to other top restaurants and bars in Palma and surrounds. Staff were genarally efficient but not as friendly as we have experienced in other hotels of similar standard. We felt sorry for the poor waiter serving drinks at the pool as he could not cope with demand and often could not be found.

“ A QUIET HIGH QUALITY HOTEL WITH EXCELLENT STAFF AND FACILITIES ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THE LOCATION IS NOT THE BEST BUT IT IS ON A LOCAL TRANSPORT ROUTE AND THERE ARE TAXIS ARE PLENTIFUL ,WOULD VISIT AGAIN

“ The hotel was excellent, both the service, cleanliness and quality of the food. Location may be a bit of a problem for elderly people who like to walk because it is quite a steep hill, but taxis into Palma itself are cheap at around 6 Euros. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
