Staff were very pleasant. Breakfasts were good.
We arrived at 11am and could check in then - unlike most hotels I have stayed at where check-in is usually mid afternoon. This is a bonus if only staying for a few days.

“ Very friendly staff and nice rooms with well stocked mini bar. Good sized balconies with views of the marina. Taxis always outside and short ride or 20 min walk down the marina to the centre of Palma

All staff were superb and always most helpful. Breakfast was amazing and always served with a smile from the staff. The omelates, made to order were great. When we had to leave for the airport we had an early breakfast which was no problem to the staff. Cleanliness was second to none.
Having been before our expectations were high and we cerrtainly were not disappointed. We had another wonderful short break at this hotel and hope, in the future to return.

“ The hotel was good value for money, although they did charge an extra 15 euros per person to use the spa facilities, even though we were guests. The breakfast was good, rooms clean and comfortable, however on Friday and Saturday night the nearby disco/club created noise from midnight until 6am, which was unfortunate & irratating.
