Son Caliu Hotel and Spa is located on the south west coast of Majorca, between the lively resort of Palma Nova and Puerto Portas. “ hotel was very very clean especially the public areas. all staff friendly and attentive. only small problem was no tea making facilities in room but we found a small cafe across the street that opened around 7am for early risers.

“ An excellent hotel in a quieter part of Palmanova but still within walking distance of the main town. The staff are very friendly and the hotel has all the amenities you will need but the real plus points are the Spa and indoor pool area and the champagne breakfast. Highly recommended!!!!!!
“ Top Tip: A short taxi ride away is Puerto Portals. A delightful harbour area with an array of excellent bars, restaurants and shopping.

“ The bedrooms are in need of updating, slight let down! The location is perfect for a relaxing break although a bit off the beaten track. The beach is fab, grounds beautiful and staff friendly.

“ On first arrival the outside appearance looked a little tired. Once inside the hotel is 4 star +. The staff for the most part were friendly but 1 or 2 of the waiters were a little grumpy.
“ Top Tip: Make full use of the spa area . Very relaxing .!
