Roc Portonova hotel is located just across from the yacht club in the quietest part of Palma Nova with lovely views over the bay. Palma Nova city, where you can find the shopping centre, is 150 m away and a gorgeous white sandy beach is only in 30 m. The apartment complex offers a breakfast room (in summer) and one swimming pool with a large terrace with sunbeds and parasols. Palma's Nova airport is 30 km away.

“ Although needing an upgrade of the decor in the halls as it is dated (not the lobby though), the apartment itself was great for our needs. A friend and I have just come back from a 3 night break and throughly enjoyed it, the view from the balcony was lovely. The apartment was clean and tidy although this also needed a touch here and there. David on reception was particularly helpful from the start and let us stay in our room until near pick up time. The location of the apartments might not suit lively people as it is at the end of the resort but its less than 5 mins to bars and restaurants etc. Would definitely stay there again if coming back for a short break or even a week. Used the indoor pool which was fine although I don't know if I would class it as heated but as it is November it was better than the outside pool.

We had a very nice stay and we even had some lovely weather.
The Apartment itself was overlooking the Marina and although the decor was a bit tired it was very comfortable.
It was a bit isolated there and to find a Restaurant or Supermarket was a bit of
a hike for older people which we were.
There was a Launderette there which was helpful with just one washer and
tumble dryer. The unfortunate thing was that it took up to two hours for a
forty two minute wash! This needs to be repaired as soon as possible.
I must mention David on Reception who was so helpful.

Top Tip:
We did find a great pub called Churchills which was a very long walk up a hill
but well worth it. They served a three course meal with wine for 10.99 euros!
Along this parade of Restaurants was also a really nice cafe run by an
Englishman who served breakfast until 1.PM for three euros!

“ For the amount of money is cost to stay here it is very basic, kitchen has travel kettle for example...you have plenty of towels and bedding but I feel it should be more comfortable. It needs a full refurb but I believe that might be done for next year. We stayed in a one bed apartment which we have done so before but we always get put on one of the side roads as I think the rest is residential either that or the three times we have stayed we have been unlucky

“ Better than what we expected after reading other reviews. Very good location, away from the hectic nightlife but near enough to walk if you wanted it. About 20mins into Magaluf. Very handy TexMex & Italian next door, both do take-a-ways if you're self-catering (or just hungry!) Everyone at the hotel were friendly, David on reception is a gem. Would definitely book same hotel again if go back to Palma Nova again, which is more than likely.
