The Aparthotel Rosa Del Mar is a modern apartment complex with a spacious airy feel and well kept gardens throughout. They are located in Palma Nova just 100 metres from Son Matias beach. There are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace area. All apartments are spacious and well equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning.
Starting April 2012 the hotel will offer 2 new refurbished types of rooms: Super Studio and Junior Suite.

“ Lovely clean hotel-room ok,nice to have a fridge.Staff all friendly.Went half board but would go bed breakfast in future.The games round the pool gave you a chance to get to know other guests(Oana the entertainment girl was wonderful)

The Aquasol ApartHotel is located in the heart of Palma Nova, 150 metres away from one of the large white sandy beaches where you can find a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and the possibility to practice many different water sports. The ApartHotel has a total of 132 apartments which have been totally refurbished to a very high standard during the winter of 2009/2010. They are distributed in independent blocks of 3 floors around the fantastic central pool area and are surrounded by a well kept tropical garden. The large modern pool with a separate section for children has a spacious terrace enabling you to enjoy sunbathing, have a meal at the poolside restaurant or sample one of our cocktails from the bar.
“ Spent 5 nights on bed and breakfast basis at the Aquasol , hotel was very quiet as closing soon for the winter season. Staff friendly and helpfull. Apartment clean and spacious. Would definetly return !!

Lively Magaluf is in the tourist centre of Magaluf only a few meters from the beach of Magluf and Palma Nova. The Lively Magaluf Hotel (completely renovated) will allow the young people to enjoy a privileged holiday with the comfort corresponding to 3 stars hotel. In the heart of the Nightlife Pubs and Disco perfect for Clubbers.
“ The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar and reception area was nice and good prices on drinks. Breakfast was average although it was included in our stay we ate out most days. The room was ok to get your head down but only 1 plug socket in the whole of the room between 3 girls so restricted on listening to music while getting ready and socket not in a good position in room.

Son Caliu Hotel and Spa is located on the south west coast of Majorca, between the lively resort of Palma Nova and Puerto Portas. Guests can use all the hotel facilities including the outdoor and indoor swimming pools, tennis court, a restaurant which offers an excellent selection of national and international dishes and a comfortable lounge bar. A Spa Centre offering individual treatments is also available (charges apply). Furthermore there is a wide range of sporting activities such as yoga, pilates, aqua-gym, anti-cellulite workout, tennis and Qi Gong.
“ hotel was very very clean especially the public areas. all staff friendly and attentive. only small problem was no tea making facilities in room but we found a small cafe across the street that opened around 7am for early risers.

Accommodation consists of 69 studios and 24 apartments, each with a kitchenette, living room with sofa-beds, bathroom and terrace. The studios and apartments can sleep up to three and five people respectively. Public areas totally refurbished to give a new aspect. Pool area with Balinese beds, opening of a new brunch dining-room for breakfast/meals until 11.30 a.m. and 2. Apartments for up to 5 people especially equipped for hen and stag party groups (on request). NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN OR COUPLES LOOKING FOR A QUIET BREAK
“ its hard to review this hotel as it was really empty except for noisy hen night which is to be expected.people should respect others on holiday and at least keep the noise down especially in the corridors at night and early morning.
