“ Staff at this hotel were excellent nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is right on the beach which is a blessing as the pool area is a little cramped and you need to get out early to get a bed. All a bit claustrophobic for me as so many beds crammed in but you need them as come 1100 there are non left.
There is entertainment in the hotel but didn't see any of it as we were there to visit friends.
Food is ok but not a lot of variation but plenty of it.
We did haven a cockroach episode argghh I hear you say. The staff were mortified and had the room fumigated, which certainly worked it was so strong it would of killed anything we had to hang over the balcony for a while. No problems again with them.
Lots of shops bars and restuarants around but we were all inclusive so only ate out once.

“ Always wanted to stay at this hotel and overall was not disappointed. Excellent position but quite cold inside (30/4/2013 - 7/5/2013). Food was very disappointing for the first 4 days, an improvement seemed to appear as the hotel filled up with tour company guests but up till then the quality and quantity was the worst we have experienced in Majorca. The one bright spot was definitely Pedro in the dining room, always friendly, helpful and cheerful which was more than could be said for most of the reception staff. For the first time in 24 stays in Majorca we were able to sleep well, the nights were very quiet with no loud and disruptive guests so this was a real bonus. We would recommend this hotel but would not stay during the first week of re-opening again to hopefully avoid the poor food choices.

“ Top Tip: Try a bus trip to Santa Ponsa, regular bus services to lots of places from Palma Nova.

“ we felt the maintenance of hotel very poor public toilets always broke,not very hygenic and food very poor . but all staff lovely and friendly and helpful rest of the hotel nice and clean and in a lovely position AI drinks very good .

“ Top Tip: monroes kareokie bar very good just a short walk away.
