We have just returned from our 5th visit we always enjoy ourselves and wouldn't return if we didn't like this hotel The pool is very good the food is average but the breakfasts are better than in a 4 star hotel we stayed in earlier this year.The hotel is scruffy in places.The ground floor is fully accessable for wheelchair users
and the disabled rooms are very good.The updated rooms look very nice the old rooms are a bit tired.

This hotel is a bit scruffy but the updated rooms are good.
Food is O.K. nothing marvelous but lunch seemed better than the evening dinners.
It is ideal for the disabled as the whole of the ground floor is accessable.
All inclusive light system is a bit wierd but you get used to it.
Had a really good family holiday 3 generations so good for all ages.
Evening entertainment left a lot to be desired but we all had a great time.

This hotel is maybe one star. I was on the fully inclusive tarrif but it is not all inclusive.
Only the pool bar open even in the evenings. All drinks in plastic cups even in the resturant at meal times. During meal times the bar is closed unless you pay. No snacks No afternoon tea or biscuits served and no late night snacks. Room was cleaned every day but needs a decoration my balcony looked out onto a dirty rear garden 3082.
Your card opens the door and is
also required for meals and drinks so when you take it out with you the A/C is turned off one drink per card per person so when the bar re-opens at 21-30 the queue is very long and to get another drink queue again.
I have travelled to a lot of countries and this is the worst hotel I have stayed in and could not recommend it. They need to learn what fully inclusive means not what they think it should be.
Also if you hire a car at the airport do not use AMIGO AUTOS or GOLDCARS same company they are cheap on the internet but charge for a full tank of petrol even if you do not use it 63 euros for a small ford. And waited over 1 hour to be served at Palma Airport. I was there for 5 days so only needed half a tank petrol is 94 Euros a litre. The beach is a fair walk and sun beds plus brolly 9 Euros per day.
“ Top Tip: Restaurant outside the Hotel Bahia Palma Nova on the front in Palma Nova the evening 3 course was 18 Euros worth every cent.
