Excellent service in the Restuarant.I upgraded to a suite with seaview that was at a very reasonable cost supplement and greatly improved my holiday.
Food was of a good quality and plentiful.
Pool and area well kept as was the beach.
Reception staff very helpful.

Wonderful hotel with direct access from the pool to a fantastic, long, white sand beach just 10 yards away. Buffet food is plentiful but maybe not 5 star standard. Staff all friendly and helpful. Not in one of the best areas but, on a half board package, there is no need to leave the hotel.
Many German, Russian and Spanish guests, few Brits. With many guests prefering the beach, getting sunbeds around the pool wasn't too difficult if you were around by 10:00am. Pool was a good size and appeared clean.
“ Top Tip: The hotel suites have fitted kitchens and the Spa supermarket immediately adjacent to the hotel provides everything you want from wine and nibbles to lunch and dinner if required.

The actual hotel was really nice. However on arrival we were really diappointed when we got to our room. We had a view of the road at the front of the hotel. When I booked the hotel I chose a twin/double room with side sea view (there was an additional cost for this when I booked it). When we complained to the reception staff they were not in the least interested and told us that we couldn't have booked a room with a side sea view. They reluctantly moved us to a room where we could see the sea - if we stretched over the edge of the balcony! Side sea view??? Not what we expected!!!

“ Luxury Hotel - very upmarket decour. We stayed in a suite - very spacious and comfortable. Food excellent - plenty of variety and choice. Right on a long, sandy beach with shallow, clear waters. The surrounding area does not have a lot to offer in the way of bars, restaurants etc, though they are a short bus or taxi ride away - either at Alcudia or Can Picafort. For a relaxed, hotel-based holiday, you can't go wrong. Staff very friendly and efficient.
