Built beside a main road, this fully air-conditioned hotel opened in 1997 and offers 256 rooms on 4 floors, of which 24 are suites and 232 are apartments. Guests are offered a large pool and garden area, a stylish lobby with lifts, safes, a currency exchange and a reception, which is available 24-hours. In addition, it offers a games room, a TV room, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant (children's highchairs available on request). Business guests may make use of the conference room and the public Internet terminal. Room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there is also a doctor on call. Select Apartment Amenities include: bathrobe & slippers, stocked mini-bar, playstation, kitchen amenities, ironing kit, double TV, free internet connection, pool towels. Furthermore, the hotel provides a kids' club and a children's playground.This attractive, luxury hotel is ideally situated right in the tourist centre with numerous shopping and entertainment venues surrounding it, as well as being within easy reach of Alcudia Bay. The hotel is just 200 metres from the magnificent kilometre-long fine-sand beach, Playa de Muro, and beautiful S'Albufera nature park is also located close to the hotel. Moreover, the towns of Alcudia and Ca'n Picafort are both between 5 and 6 km away and are easily reached using the local bus service. The nearest bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.The plush en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer and separate showers, a telephone, LCD 32-inch satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a separate lounge area, air conditioning, a safe with charge and a fridge.The hotel has are a pool in the garden with a separate children's paddling pool, a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Stayed at in an apartment on a self catering basis and room was very comfortable and adequate. Just wish the pools were heated by the sun and not kept chilled!
Resort very clean didn't use retaurant as quite expensive €25.00 each for evening meal, but plenty of places to eat in Alcudia not far away. Beach is fab just 200m away and very clean.
All in all a nice resort and would go back.
“ Top Tip: Best beach is Playa de Muro across the road. Local supermarket a bit more expensive than the bigger ones but you expect that as it is handy. Do nice fresh bread though every day.

“ Hotel and staff was perfect. We took my grandmother for a relaxing break ad thats exactly what we got. Could not complain at all.. Will definitely return again and I would strongly recommend this hotel to familys and couples a bit quieter for young people but we travelled in September so the peak times may be quite busier. A must see hotel. PERFECT..

“ Hotel was kept very very clean and really couldnt fault the maintenance and upkeep of all areas. We stayed on the top floor as I had read somewhere on Trip Advisor that this is a good idea and we faced the pool which was lovely to look over, however as most entertainment took place around the pool area this did mean that we couldnt start to get to sleep until after midnight when the entertainment had finished which was a bit of a minus for us as some form of entertainment was on every night. Having said that the beds were really comfy and the living area very modern and tastefully furnished, as a family of 4 we would have liked 4 chairs on the balcony but we just moved 2 dining table chairs out. Our only other little disappointment was that the walls were paper thin and when our neighbour sneezed I said 'bless you' and he said thank you - it sounded like he was in the same room as me! Thankfully we didnt experience too much scrapping of furniture across the marble floors - (noise of which travels for miles) just an hour of stilletoe heels!! Reading this back it sounds like we had an awful time but truly and honestly we didnt I guess it was just that we werent used to staying in a hotel as normally do villas and I do find reviews really helpful when I am trying to make a decision on holiday accomodation. Overall I would recommend this hotel its in a good location for restaurants, very friendly and safe environment, excellent childrens daytime entertainment (would recommend those little beach shoes to wear in the pool though as the bottom of the pool is a little uneven and did cut toes when they were playing water polo), really close to gorgeous beach and good value for money.
