Clean, organised. Almost entirely 100% German clientele.
Absolutely perfect for proximity to beach and NOT in the super busy tourist zone of Palma. Breakfast is only 6€.

“ Very clean, smart modern hotel, 1 min. from beach. Breakfasts were superb. Evening buffet meals bland, uninspiring but adequate. Pool and area excellent and sheltered. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, adequate and well serviced daily. We were there Mar 27th to Apl 3rd so clients were older generation, 3 Brits, 2 Irish, 2 Danes and about 200 Germans, few of whom seemed to speak English. Most things in the area were German orientated, so brush up your Deutsch. Dancing every evening in bar -disco, ballroom and jive, with floor shows alternate evenings. Good value for money.

Hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas including the pool. The choice of food in the restaurant was extremely good and the level of service excellent. The room was very comfortable and we got the high floor we requested. There was no problem when we requested extra pillows.
The only downside was that there was only one electric socket which was in the bathroom. That's not very convenient when most people have MP3 players, cameras, phones etc to charge and it also meant that one person had to finish showering and drying their hair before the next person could use the bathroom. It saves a lot of time if you can dry your hair in the bedroom!!
Apart from that small point the hotel was great and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Playa de Palma.
“ Top Tip: The lovely wide promenade and beach are just 2 minutes from the hotel. The promenade is very safe with a separate lane for cyclists. If you're feeling active there is a great walk/cycle path along the seafront into Palma. It's about 7 miles. While we were there the beach was cleaned constantly. Overall, Playa de Palma is an exceptionally clean and well maintained resort and I would certainly recommend it for a visit in April.

“ hotel was ok but all old age pensioners that were german, really cost us a lot of money as was not apatrment and no cooking or fridge so had to dine out all the time

Built in 1971 and renovated in 1999 the fabulous 9-floor hotel has a total of 241 rooms, of which 24 are singles and 217 are doubles. The hotel's amenities include a 24-hour reception, 3 lifts, a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. In addition, it offers Internet access (for an additional fee), bicycle hire as well as a bicycle storage facility, parking facilities, laundry service and medical assistance.
