Renovated in 2004, this hotel comprises a total of 339 double rooms spread over a 5-storey main building and a 5-storey annexe block. The buildings are connected by 4,000 me of well-maintained gardens. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange counter. Further facilities include lift access, a cafe, two bars (lounge bar with terrace, lobby bar), a games room, an air-conditioned restaurant (non-smoking area and highchairs for children), several conference rooms and an Internet terminal.
There is a playground for younger guests.This apartment complex is located in the tourist centre approximately 200 m from the nearest beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity (100 m away) and links to the transport network are also situated in the nearby. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is 12 km away.The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar, carpeting, central heating, air conditioning (inpidually regulated) and balcony.In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's pool as well as a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a pool/ snack bar. Further facilities include an indoor swimming pool (heated until the end of April) with a Jacuzzi and a spa centre with a persity of offers (for an additional fee). Leisure options include table tennis, beach volleyball, bocce and minigolf as well as, for an additional fee, pool. There is also a seasonal entertainment programme with shows, dance and live music to provide some variation and amusement for guests.

Good quality hotel with both indoor and outdoor pools. Spa area with sauna/steam room/ Jacuzzi/gym. Wide choice of buffet food - numerous hot and cold choices.
Predominance of guests over Christmas and New Year are elderly Germans with some British who seemed to enjoy the friendly efficient service. Reception and dining room staff speak Spanish/ German and English and are very attentive.
The demographic in the summer is likely to be much younger.
“ Top Tip: There are numerous attractions close to the hotel. A high proportion of places of entertainment are closed in winter so the whole area will have a different feel in Summer. There is a long clean sandy beach and a well maintained promenade all the way to the city of Palma. Palma Aquarium is close and open all year, well worth a visit for all ages.

“ We have just returned from our 6th visit to this hotel, although we only go for a long weekend in the winter, when the resort is very quiet, this is how we like it. The rooms are spotless, the staff friendly and helpful and the food varied, plentiful and well cooked and presented. We took the All Inclusive option and there are plenty of drinks to chose from all day/eveing plus snacks mid morning and afternoon if you should need them! We tried the bus from the airport this time, and they run every half an hour for 2 euros each and stop right by the Hotel so all very easy ! To sum up, we would not look at another hotel, if going back to Palma, and you will not be dissappointed if you are looking for a quiet, well run hotel for your stay.
“ Top Tip: Is on a frequent bus route into the lovely city of Palma but we also usually walk in if we are there on a Sunday as get to see all the locals out and about for their Sunday walk along the Prom ! It takes about 4 hours total including a stop for half an hour for a drink and some people watching!

“ Overall, very good indeed. I think we were the only English guests there which was a lttle disappointing but it was still very welcoming with live shows every night!! It was very well situated, very near the beach, shops and numerous cafes.The meals were excellent with a fantastic variety of food and the service was first class.
“ Top Tip: Very close to the beach etc = very suitable for children

having stayed at this hotel a number of times we new what to expect but what a surprise on new yearseve, the restaurant was a delight to see it was amazing the waiters and chefs excelled themselves.

A completely renovated hotel located on the eastern coast of Mallorca overlooking the Sa Barca Trencada Cove. The complex includes a number of recent additions such as the Spa, athletic size swimming pool, sun deck, paddle courts and restaurants. All guest rooms and the rest of the hotel have been fully renovated. The whole family will enjoy the dining, sports and entertainment options the hotel has to offer.
“ We were happy with the food, facilities (especially swimming pools). we found entertaiment programme very good and professional. It is worth noting that the accommodation is spread over a wide area therefore room service would have been welcome.

Furthermore, there is a cafe, an air-conditioned bar with terrace, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for infants.
