“ Top Tip: Great beach with little beach bar, but up the steps on the beach is a spanish run bar that has the best view and most affordable food.

“ Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Reported a faulty safe which was rectified within minutes. Room was clean and spacious. Pool area also kept clean and tidy. No complaints.
“ Top Tip: San Remo excellent food. Port Alt restaurant - great setting and excellent food although a bit pricey. The Victory chinese restaurant great food and good prices for where it is situated. The French Coffee shop next to Marineland great for fresh coffee and home cooking.

We did not pay very much for the hotel so we were not expecting very much. I requested a cot in the booking and when I arrived I was told it was 5 euros a day! I have been told no information regarding paying a cot. All hotels I have stayed in have never charged for a cot. Not very good at all.
Secondly there was no air conditioning. We were told it was switched of on the 20th Sep! This was not good enough as it was nearly 30 and very hot! We hardly slept and our little boy was dripping with sweat most nights.
I personally think we should have some sort of money back as again it states the hotel has air conditioing. I will not be staying there again.

spacious accomodation/ good pool area/ air conditioning very poor/food very poor, we ate out most of the time there . if we went into dinner as the door opened at 7pm food was cold and dry .
It was close to the Harbour but restaurants and coffee bars very expensive
we got taxi in and out of palma nova which was about 5euro each way , and much more to do there ,
Family and children entertainment good, staff very helpful
