Cape Colom Hotel

“ Hotel really good ,we loved the layout of the outside space , lots of places to sunbathe on the sun terraces or the rocks , all facing the sea ,and plenty of beds to go round. Lots of nice chairs and tables dotted everywhere and lots of space. Outside hot tub and hammocks as well
Reception area bright and clean with big comfy sofas. Staff very friendly.

Rooms basic but very clean and beds were comfortable
Mostly german and spanish guests, was only nine english speaking people when we were there , but i would certainly visit again.
Food was fine but geared towards the spanish and german , though there was bacon and eggs every morning Great vlue for Money

“ Fantastic hotel. Location is absolutely stunning. Plenty of space to sunbathe and to sit and chill out without being right on top of other people. Great to sunbathe around the pool with stunning views out to sea.

All-inclusive option really good value for money. I thought the food was fantatstic. Plenty of choice and variation.

Love the fact that you can have drinks in glasses from the bar in the evening and not in plastic cups, like at most other all-inclusive hotels in the area.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Spa on the 6th floor is well worth a vist. Views from up there amazing. The gym, sauna, steam room all very nice. Again, very clean.

5 minutes from the lovely Cala Marcal beach, with shops / bars / retsaurants etc... Porto Colom a lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

This was my first stay in this hotel and I can't wait for a second visit.

“ Lovely location on a headland overlooking the sea and Cala Marcal beach which is about a 10 minute walk away. It's a little further to Porto Colom in the opposite direction. The resort is very quite, just a few bars and shops. It is not suitable people looking for nightclubs and partying.
The hotel rooms are basic, white artex walls and dark wood furniture but are very clean. There is a tv with various channels including Sky news. No hairdryer though.
The spa and gym on the top floor is a new addition with modern stylish fitments which may be a sign of things to come for the rest of the hotel.
The ground floor reception, bar and dining rooms also look to have been recently refurbished and are very clean and modern.
There are 2 pools, one by the bar and outside seating area and another round the side through the garden. This pool is "laned off" for those who wish to swim.
The outside terraces are a mixture of sufaces. There is a large tiled area where there are plenty of chairs and tables, some in the shade. There are also some hammocks here which are a novelty.
Beyond there, made from the cliff top ( so a little uneven under foot), are some areas with sunbeds and parasols. There are also plenty of shaded areas with sunbeds under the trees aswell as around the 2nd pool. We always managed to get a sunbed somewhere.
The food was very good with plenty of choice at all meal tmes. The restaurant never felt overcrowded or too busy.
I think this was because it was an adult only hotel and the guests were mainly younger and older couples.
Most of the guests were mainly German or Spanish, very few English, and they seem to have more respect and consideration for their surroundings and fellow holiday makers. There was a really friendly casual and relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel and grounds.
I will definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone that wants a quiet relaxing holiday in a lovely location.
