Mon Port Hotel

“ A very good hotel loated in an ideal setting. Very good rooms and other facilities. Excellent pool and Spa. Good Resturant with a very good breakfast but just about OK food at other times. Good service and attentive staff.
There is no beach near the hotel so is very suitable for a quiet relax by the pool holiday. It is a good 45 minute drive from Palma and the Coach transport is a NO NO. It took nearly 4 hours for us to reach our hotel after many drops on the way. As a result we took a taxi back at additional cost. Even the driver of the coach agreed that the size of the bus and the number of drops was too much. A taxi for Euro 55 is a very good investment or a smaller private mini-bus. The hotel said that they can make such suitable arrangements.

“ Top Tip: The Yacht Club which is not very far away (a 10 minute walk) has a very good Resturant and Cafe (day time snacks) which can be accessed by non-members.

“ Excellent breakfasts. No free English newspapers and no free wi-fi but comfortable rooms.

“ Excellent atmosphere, helpful staff, good food

“ Top Tip: Lovely small town with marina close by

“ The Hotel was lovely and the room well kept and comfortable-we stayed in a Junior Suite-with a supposed side sea view (which was missing from view), but the interior was great.

It was quiet when we were there early May but that was what we wanted so it suited us well.

It says it's a four star but it was certainly better than the 'five star' we stayed in in Crete last year.

“ Top Tip: It's a wee walk, maybe about 10 minutes to the restaurants in the Port but there are plenty to choose from and the Greek restaurant just after the Port Authority Building is great. It's not a cheap lunch but fabulous quality and fresh.
