This hotel was constructed in 1969 and was completely renovated in 1998. It has a total of 238 rooms on 9 floors, of which 18 are singles and 220 are doubles. There is a hotel lobby with a 24-hour reception and Wifi, a lift, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk and a television corner with satellite TV. Additional facilities include an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for children.
For younger guests there is a kids club and a playground. There is a laundry service, medical assistance and Internet access available for guests.This good-value beach hotel enjoys a central location in the heart of the magnificent resort of Alcudia. The hotel is separated from the kilometre long sandy beach by just a road. It takes just a few minutes on foot to reach the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the popular nightclub, Magic.
Public transport departs for the centre from a stop approximately 100 m from the hotel.The functional rooms contain an en suite bathroom and a balcony. Further facilities include a direct dial telephone, a safe, an individually regulated central heating, air conditioning and satellite/cable TV.In the hotel's external area is a swimming pool with separate children's pools and a pool bar, as well as a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Sports enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with the hotel's selection of diving, water ball, tennis, table tennis, aerobics, archery and pool. In addition, a daytime and evening seasonal entertainment programme is offered to guests.

“ We had a fantastic holiday and would definetly go back to the hotel again. It is very clean and just next to the beach. The only thing I would say against it was the room was small but we hardly spent any time in it do it did not spoil our holiday. The food was great and the selection was fantastic. We will be returning again next year!

stayed at the Condes last week (18-24th october), on all inclusive, and i personally would recomend this hotel, reception staff very friendly and helpfull, rooms are a little small, but clean and comftable, and the showers work, no sudden cold blast !!,
the dining area is very clean and comftable, the food is fantastic, plenty of salads, cold meats, cheese, fresh fruits, sweets etc, and the hot food is excellent, good selection (try the meatballs !!!), well presented, fresh and very tasty, the pool area is clean and spacious, hotel bar staff very friendly, good selection of drinks, under 5 mins from the beach, and 2 mins to local shops and bars etc. dont let the 3 star rating put you off, ive stayed in other 4 star hotels in Spain, and they come nowere near the Condes!. overall, i had a fantastic stay and will return to this hotel. 10/10

When we stayed it was close to the hotel closing for the end of the season. Some of the options at mealtime was repetative.
The daytime entertainment staff did the most to keep people busy, but I did not feel that the evening entertainment did not match this.
