This hotel was recently renovated and features 475 double rooms spread over 6 floors. Lying along a main road, facilities within the building include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and 3 lifts. Guests may make use of the bar, lounges, a stage, a souvenir shop, a TV room and an air-conditioned buffet restaurant with highchairs for infants. The family rooms (suitable for 2 to 4 persons) are equipped in a similar manner to the doubles but have an additional 1 sofa beds and are all to be found on the inland side of the building.In the sprawling outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool as well as sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a pool/ snack bar. Further sports options including water skiing, diving, windsurfing, tennis, squash, horse riding and minigolf are available close by (extra charges payable). The nearest golf course is approximately 20 km away and there is a seasonal entertainment programme featuring dancing, gymnastics and water polo to provide some variation for guests.

Also, new room categories have been introduced to offer even more space and exclusivity: The brand new Suites and Jr. Suites. Both room types are decorated in an exquisite contemporary style and differentiate from each other in having one of them an additional room and bathroom. This way, the hotel has nowadays instead of 495 rooms, 475.

There is also good news for families with children. As of this season, the hotel puts at the children’s disposal a Splash! area. This area extends over 1000 m2 and has XXL custom made animals with integrated water slides, sunbeds to chill out and a new burger restaurant, being this restaurant an additional option to the existing two restaurants of this all inclusive hotel.
