“ staff very pleasant and friendly, other guests where predominatley German, food was ok, entertainment non existent at this time of year in the evening,plenty for kids during the day.

“ Everything was German (entertainment, notices, all the menus and tour guides) spent most the time out of hotel at night as there was nothing to do, we didn't have no English entertainment so it was quite boring. Food was average not great but wasn't expecting it. Staff were polite, maids were good. The hotel was lovely but everything else was a let down. Only positive thing was having the beach 2 mins away.
“ Top Tip: Good Chinese restaurant nearby all u can eat 6.95. Beach up the road and market was 5 mins onthe bus.

On arrival at the Alcudia Beach Apartments, we were allocated a hotel next door called the Grupotel Port d'Alcudia - the reason given that it was their second 'wing' and would be more suitable for us as a family. So, my hotel rating above is for the Grupotel Port d'Alcudia Aparthotel!
The re-allocated hotel was lovely and seemed to be the better choice of the two in the end even though we'd never heard of it!
Lovely staff, good entertainment although predominantly in German, clean, large rooms, in a good location. I would definitely recommend the Port d'Alcudia Aparthotel.

Top Tip:
It was a 10 minute walk to the centre of Alcudia and we would definitely recommend Cheers Bar for families. The Aqua 'Hydro' park is within walking distance and the kids really enjoyed our day there.
Alcudia beach is lovely and definitely have a walk to the end of the Port.
