Lago Park Hsm Hotel

“ Arrived about 12.30 am and discovered the patio door lock in our apartment was non-existent ,which was worrying.However obviously nothing could be done then. I intended to ask to be moved next morning but it was repaired first thing. The apartment was a good size with all kitchen equipment except for a microwave and was always spotlessly clean, with daily maid service. We were in Lago Park 2 which was very quiet -we had asked for a quiet room.
The hotel staff were very helpful which was a godsend when my husband discovered his wallet was stolen from his haversack.The receptionist filled in the necessary forms for the police and even took us to Alcudia police station in her car.
The hotel is just into Playa de Muro which is quieter than the centre of Alcudia, but there are still plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

“ Top Tip: BEWARE the crowded buses-you are packed on like sardines and as we know now, make sure you keep your money out of easy reach!!!!

The saltwater lake nearby was an idyllic place to walk to -and fish in-very peaceful.

Smith's restaurant over the road was very good value, with lovely homemade meals. Charlie's steak and ale pie was-as the waiter said-awesome!

“ like most hotels in spain a bit dated but clean towels every 2 days clean bedding once a week the one bed apartment we had was very spacious and had everything one needed for your holiday loads of kitchen utensils lovely pool area the staff very friendly a couple of small problems we had the safe/ toilet were sorted out straight away would definately recommend it for anybody who wants a good clean hotel. as we were self catering we never tried the restaurant.

“ Top Tip: anyone self catering should find the eroski supermarket 10 mins from hotel go to the main road turn left and walk 10 mins you will see a big red building thats the eroski prices really good. good tip is to walk round first and look for the offers at the end of the aisle's. if you are a smoker get your cigarettes from the tobaccoist at the other end of the block to the hotel prices at the airport 10/15 euro's dearer

“ was put in block 2 but would hav prefered block 1 as it overlooks pool were as we were looking out on to main road and a car hire shop which started hovering the cars at 7 in the morning the swear words were choice onour part.
The rooms were basic we had an apartment it had all the things you need for self cater.

poolside was ok small pool but snack bar was expensive smaller pool at the back of block 2 hardly any one their so was quiet.
right opposite beach and restaurants etc but we went to can picafort or mariner at night on bus which is only a pound.
i would not stay again

“ Top Tip: can picafort at night catch a bus outside hotel or try the dakota steak house the steaks are big boys and worth the money
