This splendid hotel is the only one in the neighbourhood of the golf course Alcanada.A lovely seafront location only 15 m from the small sandy beach in the pretty residential area of Aucanada, just 2km from the Port of Alcudia and 60km from Palma airport. A popular hotel with families who return year after year. Steps down to the beach make it unsuitable for those with walking difficulties.
Accommodation
The spacious rooms have a bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, sat TV, direct telephone, safety deposit box and balcony. Some of the rooms also enjoy fabulous views over the Bay of Alcudia. Towel and robe service are available at the swimming pool area (with deposit).
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00, with Italian pizza & fresh pasta corner) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style with show cooking during dinner, served in the main restaurant. Thematic buffet takes place once weekly (Chinese, Majorcan, Mexican, seafood). During breakfast juices, cold & hot milk, tea, coffee and chocolate are offered; during lunch & dinner, local red & white wine, beer, water, cola, orange, lemon, lemonade and beverages. Snacks such as cold meat selection, salads, meat, fried dishes, pizza or pasta, sausages, potatoes, bread & pastry, cakes, ice cream and fruit are available at the snack bar from 10:30-12:30, 15:00-18:00 & 21:00-23:00 as well as tea & coffee time with hot chocolate, cakes and pastry daily between 16:00 & 17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, water, juices, soft drinks, milkshakes, tea, coffee, hot drinks, aperitifs, gin, whiskey, long drinks, wine, sangria, vodka, brandy and champagne are served from 10:00-24:00 at the indoor main bar and the swimming pool bar.
All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment
Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, volleyball, riffle shooting, archery, French bowls, various games, football, table tennis, darts, three swimming pools with sun beds & umbrellas around them, water polo and mini club for children aged 4-12 yrs old. A full day (10:00-13:00 & 15:00-17:00) & evening (20:30-24:00) entertainment programme is offered for both young and old, including night shows or live music several times a week (seasonal).
Chargeable Extras
Safety deposit boxes, laundry service, telephone, medical service, internet, billiards, kayaks, wind surfing, pedaloes, diving courses and surf school at the beach are available at a charge.
Facilities & Services
There is a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Further facilities include pool bar, a beach bar, main bar and two lounges - one of them with satellite TV. The Hotel offers a completely new indoor swimming pool area, dedicated to WELLNESS & RELAX, to allow you to immerse into the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and make your stay in the Hotel more enjoyable. The Wellness & spa facilities such as sauna, whirlpool, water physiotherapy and the Feng Shui relaxing area are included in the basic price. Massage service (at extra cost). There is a big variety of body treatments and one can choose from classic, wellness massages and Asian healing treatments, as well as medical treatments. The professional staff will help you to choose the most suitable one.

Golfers are well catered for here as the hotel is specialised in golf (golf corner, specialised information, storage room for the equipment, etc). “ Found food to be a bit boring but of good quality. Very refreshing to find that sun beds around the pools were not reserved by 6am. We managed to find beds whatever time we went. Would definately return.

A 1st rate hotel, excellent knowledgeable staff,modern clean rooms,food of a quality and choice quite exceptional. Courtesy bus to town, spa complex with sauna,steam room,gym,heated pool. 3 outside pools. Beach bar,bike hire.

Really clean throughout the hotel, always cleaners around, friendly staff bar one or two i have to say, just personnal opinion there. The food was ok, seemed to be the same each day, though saying that the salad stuff was really nice with wine, beer and champagne. The rooms where exactly what you wanted, shower, bed, plenty of room for clothes etc and tv too, all with terraces, though mine was looking moslty at a wall..hehe..
There were 4 pools though i hit the beach each day, and TRUST ME you need to get there early to grab a lounger, the guy comes down each morning at 08.00am to unlock the loungers, and most people will claim them first with their towels, even though they say not too, moral is if you can't beat them, join them!!!, great bar there too, though not free which over looks the beach and sea, fabulous wine being drunk in the afternoon, which certainly made me snooze on my saved lounger later..lol.. all in all a great place.. 5 euros to get the the port of Alcudia another great place, lots going on with a great chinese resturant near the taxi ranks, fabulous duck i have to say... enjoy.x

“ Hotel lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. Standard of food excellent so much to choose from. Only disappointment was the evening entertainment which apart from the Flamenco dancers was very poor.
