Viva Tropic Hotel

“ Very pleasurable and relaxing. Very knowlegable and helpfull staff. Relax, swim, gym, endulge and well layed out complex.
However, all the laminate flooring created lots of vibration/noise down the corridors and room above the apartment, therefore when the family woke above us at 6.35am we did!

“ Top Tip: Amazing mountains, beaches.

“ Myself and my partner went for a week in May and the weather was fab, the hotel is spotless, and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We had to wait for our room but we were given our all inclusive bands to use all the facilities as soon as we checked in. There is a room to keep your cases safe and changing / shower rooms if you want to change. The Hotel room was on the 3rd floor which overlooked the garden and pool area. We had to pay a little bit extra but it was worth it, we had the sun on the balcony all evening!! The food in the restaurant by the pool was amazing - great choice , fresh and plenty of it! the Restaurant inside which was buffet style was very good for all inclusive, there was lots of variety and different every night. Fresh fish, salad, pastas, and about 12 dishes to choose from! The breakfast was fab too lots of choice again, hot or cold etc.. All the drinks in the bar were named brands which was great, lovely cocktails and the house wine was nice too! The hotel is very family friendly, if you have children of any age they are very looked after by the entertainment team and also the staff. The hotel has a great kids pool and play area. There is also a fantastic relaxation pool that has very comfy beds and the pool is quiet and chilled out. There is entertainment in the day and in the evening from 9pm where they provide a show. We had a rock show, Elvis, Michael Jackson which were fantastic very well done and the team can sing and dance!! The hotel room we had was a studio that was perfect for us, plenty big enough with a small kitchen and dining area and lovely big bathroom with double shower that was great. The beach is 5 mins walk from the hotel and the beach is lovely the sand is like talcum powder!!! there are plenty of bars and restaurant near by that are walk-able but we mainly ate in the hotel as it was so good. Port d Alcudia the old town is in walking distance and is a must to go and see, it is beautiful - castle ruins and pretty little streets with lovely restaurants and bars and a market on a Saturday morning. If there was one thing that could be improved it would be that the bar staff could be a little more on the ball when it came to making sure you had a drink in the evening as it did become a bit frustrating seeing as you couldnt go to the bar yourself and get served. We booked transfers through Travel Republic as well which were all on time and it all went seamlessly - nice air-conditioned coaches. All in all a fantastic time was had - thoroughly recommended.

“ Top Tip: Make the trip to the 'Old Town' of Alcudia. Really worth it - beautiful little place and lovely restaurants.

“ The hotel was well situated within walking distance to the beach and to the bars and restaurants. It was ideal as it was just far enough away from the night life so you could sleep well. All the hotel staff were great, nothing was too much trouble, and they went round with a smile.
Love the over 18 pool area.
Clean, comfortable and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
