Habitat Apartments

“ Lovely clean & friendly.
We rented a 2 bedroom apartment which was fully equipped and had plenty of space.
Clean towels and maid service without any disturbance.

Near the beach and with beautiful views.

Will go back if ever in Majorca again.

“ The Staff at this resort are exceptional. they greeted us in a way that made us feel welcome no matter what time of the day it was, we arrived past midnight and the duty receptionist was so helpful, and courteous. The appartment that had originally been allocated was not available, so we were upgraded to the 4 * Duvas for the 1st 2 nights, and loved it. However, we were not disappointed with the one we moved to at Habitat.
The appartment was clean, spacious, and offered more appliances than we have had in other self catering accommodation. Clean towels as well as teatowels regularly.
Although the resort is a 20 minute walk from the beaches, a car hire company delivers and collects. Plus there is a bus stop right outside. We will definitely return, and if we win on the premium bonds, we may well buy an appartment at Habitat.
A thoroughly good week and we have no hesitation in recommending it.

“ Top Tip: Alcudai is a must visit to the old town. Soller is well worth a trip, breathtaking to get there up the winding mountain road, though watch out for the hundreds of cyclists! Market day in the town of Pollensa definitely worth a visit, and don't miss going into the church, it is amazing. This market has the most beautiful flowers, plants and fresh produce, (a must if you self cater)

“ This is no frills accommodation, most of what you require, and we were pleased at the number of towel/sheet changes during our stay. The pool was used regularly by our Grand Children, and although it is towards the end of the season, it would have been better if the leaves had been cleared from the water!
The Reception lady was extremely helpful.
It was very good value for money!

“ Top Tip: It seems a distance from the town and beach, but in fact is only a 10 to 15 minute stroll. Don't be put off!

“ Nice setting and clean. Good sized rooms and sufficient basic equipment for cooking. Swimming pool fair size and clean.

A 20 minute walk from the town centre (up to 30 mins to some of the restaraunts along the seafront). Didn't go to local beaches- didn't look that great!

Didn't use the hotel bar or restauraunts so can't comment (and neither did many others) as so many good places to eat in town and bought supplies for our breakfasts.

Overall a nice place to stay!

“ Top Tip: Take some ant powder - as with most warm climates, they get everywhere!!!
