“ Have stayed at Hobby Club several times and we again enjoyed our short stay and it gave us everything we required. Apartments are basic but clean and staff work hard to ensure everybody is catered for. Excellent value for money.
“ Top Tip: Supermarket next to Hobby Clubs is most expensive we have come across in Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. There is more supermarket competition the closer you get to both ports so the cheaper prices become. Lidl and Supermercado are cheapest we have come across.

Wonderful location. Far enough away from Puerto Pollensa Centre to be reasonably quiet, but still some restaurants and hotels within easy reach. Excellent bus service to centre and other places all over the island.
Beautiful beach and scenery for miles around the bay.
Everywhere clean.
Puerto Pollensa beautiful place.
Hobby Club apartments very good, clean and well maintained. Also pool well maintained.
Bar/snacks not very well stocked (no ice creams at all!) - however obviously due to the time of year as they were winding down.
Only complaint for us was that the mattresses on the beds were hard and we slept very badly.
Otherwise great holiday - good apartments and beautiful location.
“ Top Tip: One of the best Chinese restaurants I have every encountered in town centre - but can't remember its name - turn left at tobacconists on the front then turn right and its there - they post flyers around but excellent food.

“ We stayed for 10 nights in Sept/Oct and found the apartments to be well equipped, clean and located close to the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly and we would recommend the Hobby Club apartments as a great place to stay.
“ Top Tip: Try the Restaurante El Angla Bar, great food and good measures!!

Second time at the Hobby Club. Just like our first stay last year, the receptionists, Joanna and Veronica, were so friendly and helpful, as was the barman, Jamie. Our rooms were kept very clean and the maids were also friendly. The only niggle was that our room phone did not work and, despite an engineer looking at it, the problem remained. Not really a big deal as we had our mobiles with us.
The Hotels 5 litre bottled water is 10 cents less than the next door Spar and obviously closer, although, if you are very strong it is only 95 cents in some central Spar stores!
The local authorities should re-think their charging policies for a sunbed and umbrella, as no matter how long you lie on one (all day or half-an-hour) the charge remains the same i.e. 4 and 3.50 Euros respectively, whish soon mounts up over your stay! Also the main area for eating and shopping is a casual 20 minutes stroll along the Promenade, which could do with some major repairs in places, as it could be tricky on your return walk back after a pleasant night out!!
All that being said we intend to return next May/June, fingers and toes crossed.
“
Top Tip:
Best advice re eating out is let your budget rule, especially with the poor exchange rate, and shop around, too, as one mans meat is anothers poison!
Do take the public bus from the marina to old Pollensa town, with its' lovely churches and squares to sit, relax with a beer or wine and some tapas. Also walk up the 365 steps to a very small chapel, and with each step taken you loose a sin?! the view from the top is fab!

Very clean apartments and just across the road from the beach. We asked for a room on a high floor with a sea view and that's exactly what we got! The apartment is situated at the quiet end of the beach which means it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre/marina. Ths did not bother us as we prefer the 'quiet end'. However, there are a few restaurants on the way into town.
We have stayed at these apartments before many years ago and we would definitely go back again. Good value for money.
