Its definately a 3* but it wasnt that bad. Ive heard people moan because the coach doesn't take you literally outside the door and complaining like they had to walk 2miles. The coach stoops about 30 yards from the hotel door because it a narrow road that leads to a residential area so would get stuck. Not a big deal really. I stayed in the apartments and tbh. They were adequite. Ours had a seperate bedroom and lounge. There was little bits that could probably show it needs a little maintenance but tbh, it provided a clean place to stay, somewhere for luggage, a bed and shower. We came for a long relaxing weekend. If you pay for all inclusive you may be a tad dissapointed but to be honest, the food wasn't that bad. It was freshly cooked, and was delicious. I didn't go hungry anyway. Food choice wasn't the best ive had on all inclusive however it catered for the majority. If you're a pie and chips kinda person, you might struggle. All drinks were free on all incl. (ive stayed at places where they limit what kind of drinks you can have).
The only thing is they give them you in small plastic cups which means if you want a 'pint' you're gonna struggle. Entertainment wasn't all great but we was only there for a fee days so wanted to explore the area. All areas were clean. All inclusive ends as soon as you check out however, if you keep hold of your band, who really does know?? I checked out at 10am instead of 12 as we was going out for the last day before going home and we returned at 7pm and just walked in as normal and ate. The only thing I had an issue with was that when I checked out and I put my luggage in the holding room, when I went back to get changed and freshened up before leaving to go home it was just one room and one shower for male and female to get changed which is a bit Uncomfortable.out of 10 I rate the complex a 6.5.

Top Tip:
The Britannia bar is good. There's no clubs In Sa coma or in s'illot. I got a €5 taxi to calla millor and went yo a great Spanish bar/club calls Havana.
The boat trip was fantastic. And if you do, when you get back to Porto cristi after going to the caves, get off and enjoy the town for an hour. Its lovely.

The welcome when we arrived was awful from the English receptionist!! The room wasn't ready and was told to walk round for an hour until it was.
The room was basic, had plug socket hanging off the wall and hardly any equipment for self catering needs!!
The rooms weren't extremely clean, had someone's old flannel in bathroom from previous guests!!
When leaving and handed key in...there was no" thanks or have a nice journey.".......she just carried on talking to another staff member!!
“
Top Tip:
Thank goodness we were self catering!! We found some lovely restaurants near by....the Britannia is brilliant for breakfasts with lovely staff, and
BI BA BO in sa illot is brilliant for evening meals...the staff there were great, very welcoming and service excellent!!

The hotel has two reasonable size pools which is enough for the number of guests when i stayed, but it wasnt too busy on my stay in may. The building is a little run down but for the price you pay its what to expect for example only three working bulbs in the room out of 6.The hotels location is good as its close to shops, bars, restaurants and not to far from the beach which is handy seeing as you may wish to spend time eating away from the hotel as the food selection is poor and the snacks in between the set meal times are absolutley disgraceful in my opinion. evening snacks consisted of one tray of sandwiches on the bar and once that tray was gone there was no more...sandwiches were same filling everyday! On my stay the rooms were cleaned on alternate days, with fresh towels.
The staff at the hotel where not the most helpful, it was as if they knew what we were gonna complain about before we even said anything. There is no free wi-fi or free hairdryers or bikes everything has to be rented at a price. The entertainment was very bad...bingo everyday at 9:30pm but thats it, so in day times you wll have to occupy your own kids if you take them. I think overall the hotel should be a 2 star not 3. I would not stay again.
“ Top Tip: Britannia bar round corner from hotel did lovely food for decent prices.

“ We were disappointed that we weren't actually staying in the hotel itself, we were placed in apartments over the road and had to go back and forth if we wanted a drink as the bar at where we were situated was not opened until our last day. The apartments need a lot of maintenance. The toilet would not flush and there was a problem with the sink tap. We complained three times about our toilet and sink, each time our complaint was logged, but nothing was done about it. We were told to use the toilet in the hotel lobby, which is not ideal in the middle of the night!!!! There was also pieces of concrete that had fallen onto the outside passageway which could have caused an injury to anybody walking past. Overall not bad for what we paid.
“ Top Tip: Recommend the 54 hole mini golf complex at Paradis Park close to Hypermarket.
