The apartments fully renovated in 1996 are the perfect location for families or the individuals. The building is situated only 100 metres from the Sa Coma beach and the local commercial area of the zone. The establishment offers the possibility to choose between the independence of an apartment and the comfort of Hotel services.
Accommodation
These 75 one-bedroom apartments are all equipped with everything necessary so the guests can feel right at home. All the apartments have a sea-view and a series of complementary services make sure that the guests will enjoy their holidays to the full.
Food & Beverage
The Paraiso apartments offer buffet restaurant and a snack-bar at the pool with a menu that includes salads, toasted sandwiches or simple dishes. The cuisine served at the buffet restaurant is regional, national and international.
The guests should note that depending on occupancy in May and October, dinner for Half Board guests could be served a la carte (rather than buffet service).
Sport & Leisure
The area of Sa Coma offers to the guests an array of different sports activities such as: tennis, jet-skiing, surfing, diving or golf. A fantastic landscape makes it an ideal spot for taking tranquil strolls along the beach or the Cala Millor promenade in the area of Punta de N´Amer.
Facilities & Services
The apartments offer all the complementary services usually only found in a Hotel, such as: exterior pools for adults and children, reception, an a la Carte restaurant and snack-bar, solarium, a towel service, sunbeds, etc. In the establishment the guests can enjoy their holidays in the company of their pets. Animation programme

The apartments are well equiped. Beds are not so confortable.
I would have liked the airconditioning to be better.

The Paraiso Apartments were perfect for our needs. The only downside was the air conditioning, which was just about ok during the day, but became pretty inefficient overnight. However, everything else was great. Really clean, well appointed apartment with more than enough equipment to self cater. Although, we only had breakfast in our room and ate out every evening. Our kettle blew up one morning so I called reception and a replacement was with us within 5 minutes!
The entertainment was ok, if a little loud at times but Santini was very enthusiastic.I would definitely return to the Paraiso and recommend it to my family and friends.
