“ A decent hotel which delivers a no frills but perfectly acceptable offering. With just a few modest enhancements the experience would be much improved eg provide room thermostats - underfloor heating permanently on meant room always stuffy & had to sleep with external doors open; coffee making facilities in rooms, wifi beyond just reception, & revisit the breakfast offering - particularly the quality of fruit juice, fresh fruit & provision of cereals.

“ Well situated hotel for resort. Quite clean. Food a bit samey, but edible. Only real complaint, paper thin walls.
“ Top Tip: Tom's pub, near Daniel's corner, if you wish to people watch, and Sean's place for good music and fun.

Hotel was nice and clean in a quiet location about 10 minutes from the taxi rank and main bus stops.
Dinner was fine although we ate one night at 9pm (dinner finishes at 9.30) and were not met with the friendliest of welcomes!
Breakfast wasn't great - croissants were stale and the cooked breakfast was not much better.
The pool area is not huge but we didn't really have a problem getting sunbeds at any time of day, although the beach is nearby and you can get a bed there instead if you'd prefer.
We didn't watch any of the entertainment although I did see something advertised most nights.
The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the main nightlife in Santa Ponsa and although this can seem far when you're on your way home, at least it means the area is quiet.
Also, as other guests have stated there is a large German presence in the hotel but this didn't cause any problems for us.
“ Top Tip: Bobby's cafe/restaurant did a great breakfast and had a large variety.
