Lovely hotel although out of season there was no entertainment but we still thoroughly enjoyed it.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Top Tip:
Katies Bar on the square was great food and South Wind along the main road
was excellent value for money.

We had such a good deal through travelrepublic that we decided to go a few reviews about the hotel are negative but are so wrong, yes the hotel is slightly dated but what does that matter?
Receptionists are very helpful and have a good sense of humour.
Good pool sizes and always managed to get a sun lounger.
not in the heart of Santa Ponsa but not far about 10-15 mins walk but there are many shops and bars along the way!
People need to remember that if they want 5* hotels they need to pay 5* price! I couldnt fault it and if a deal came up again I would definately return.

We were moved to this hotel after the one we booked had been closed early for the winter season and we couldn't have been more happy about it! The Marine restaurants were lovely and within walking distance and cheaper venues were easy enough to reach for those wanting a less formal option.
There was a nearby beach but the pool area was so lovely we only spent 1 afternoon at the beach! The rooms were cleaned regularly and the rest of the hotel was constantly kept pristine.
I rarely say I'd re-visit a place but this was well worth the time and money.

Wellies restaurant was amazing! Similar prices to a typical London restaurant, but quality and service was spot on! We went back 3 more times after our 1st visit!
Water park was great but advise taking a pack lunch as pricey!

The hotel is basic but clean and what you would expect for the low price. Our room was cleaned/changed 3 times in the week that we stayed. Some of the hotel is a bit on the run down side although not unsafe. Some cracked loose tiles at poolside etc. My partner and I went with out 2 year old son and he loved the baby pool which was large and always had plenty of sun loungers available.
The hotel is in a quiter location about 10mins walk to the main Santa Ponsa strip and beach. I have been to Santa Ponsa twice before and I would have probably rather stayed nearer the centre. The walk with a buggy in the heat can be a bit of a pain.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return to Santa Ponsa although not the hotel just for the fact of the location.
“ Top Tip: We are Scottish and personally liked the Glasgow Grill. They did a 2 course menu for 8.50Euro or 3 course for 10Euro. The food was nice especially the big breakfast in the morning. We would also recommend Mrs Murphys Kitchen that although being the most expensive for food was the nicest we had. In terms of pubs you really have to go Irish with live music thats what Santa Ponsa is all about.
