“ The apartment was pleasantly furnished and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the apartment was rather under equipped. There was no drying rack or line. Whilst I wasn't expecting a microwave, there wasn't even a kettle.9.0 Magnificent

“ As soon as we arrived we were made to feel at home, with the receptionist giving us clear instructions on how to get to our room. We were treated well throughout our stay, and when we complained that the bathroom was not flushing, it was dealt with within fifteen minutes. Food, drink and the scenic views wonderful.8.6 Excellent

The apartment was pleasantly furnished and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the apartment was rather under equipped. There was no drying rack or line. Whilst I wasn't expecting a microwave, there wasn't even a kettle. 3 pans were provided but no cooking cutlery.
The restaurant had lovely views and a pleasant outdoor terrace. The breakfasts were excellent with a very wide choice of food but there was limited choice of main course at evening meals.

“ My room had ants! Was not plesant, the food was a hit and miss but other then that it was alright, the hotel is on a massive hill witch is not stated anywhere on any reviews.
“ Top Tip: but the view was amazing!

“ Clean room with a great view, friendly staff and excellent food

We had apartment 607 which had amazing sea views and the biggest balcony ever! It was the size of an average garden.
Mini disco could have been longer for the kids. We saw 2 shows over the 7 days we were there and they were excellent although on the other nights it was either a quiz or bingo.
Bar staff were really overworked, in fact I wanted to get behind the bar and help them as some people were just tutting all the time because they had to queue for 2 minutes!
Wifi connection was only in the public areas which was fine if it worked but I never managed to connect.
All in all, it was a really nice hotel.
I'd recommend this hotel but Santa Ponsa was not the best resort (although it was the end of the season so probably not the best time to go) we had been to in Majorca. Cala d'or is nicer. If I were to stay in Santa Ponsa again, the pirates hotel looked amazing and we had a walk around the pool area which you can pay a euro to use but we only found it on our last day :(
If you go to Palma for the day (which is well worth a visit) please go to Bar Dia. It's an authentic spanish tapas bar hidden down a back street. It is not touristy and the food is amazing. Go where the spanish go that's what I say!
