This aparthotel has since been completely renovated and offers guests a total of 93 apartments and 44 studios spread over 2 to 3 floors in apartment blocks on several levels. The complex also features 1 kme garden, a modern foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safe, bar, air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant with highchairs for infants, conference room, 2 public Internet terminals, bicycle cellar, garage and playground.This modern aparthotel, built in a traditional rural Mallorcan style, sits atop a hill and thus affords wonderful views out over the bay. Located on a main road, the complex is just 300 m from the Santa Ponsa town centre, with its many shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, and some 900m from the sea and the nearest fine sand beach. Links to the public transport network, which provide excellent connections with the tourist centre that is situated around 5 km away, are to be found 50 m away.The comfortably furnished apartments come with combined living/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom as well as a dining area. Moreover, all of the rooms are tiled and equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, kitchenette, fridge and terrace. The studios are similarly equipped but do not have a separate bedroom. All rooms feature central heating as standard.The complex offers use of 2 swimming pools with integrated children's pools and a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers. Also available are tennis courts, table tennis, darts, squash, aerobics classes, a gym, archery, air rifle shooting, basketball, billiards/ snooker, bocce and miniature golf. Additional facilities include a sauna and mountain bike hire service (for an additional fee). The hotel also features a varied, regular entertainment programme featuring bingo and evening shows. The nearest golf course lies only 900 m from the hotel.

Please note that cots are available at an extra local charge.

Free shuttle bus service into Santa Ponsa. It is free but has to be booked at reception. It runs a few times per day, 6 days per week.

“ Me and my boyfriend went to this hotel for a last minute weekend away, we only stayed 2 nights but while we were there would say the hotel was fine, the food was ok, not brilliant but it is only 3 star, we still had no problem finding something we liked. There was not many english people there but that didn't matter to us. All we wanted was somewhere clean with the sun, so this hotel fitted the bill, and I would return, which I think always says a lot. Wouldn't recommend for a family wi children in a pushchair.

“ Top Tip: Don't let the steps put you off! The walk to the beach is only 10 minutes although it looks a lot further from the top of the hill

“ Up on a hill the complex has many steps to get around, there is a courtesy bus down the hill to the beach and shops. Food is averedge, appartment basic but clean and staff are helpfull.
