rooms were apartments really, ours had a seperate kitchen and utility room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living area and was clean/ well maintained. All of the rooms have sea/pool views higher floors have both! The pool area had a bar and sunbeds were available for 2 euros a day - this small fee meant that people were not fighting for spaces/ sunbeds and there was a spot for you whenever you went to the pool.
The hotel is situated on a steep hill and its communal areas are well maintained, although there are a scary set of steps (which we saw mentioned on a number of reviews) the hillside position means that you are very close to the sea. At a cost of only 3.5 euros for a taxi back up the hill - this was the easier option with bottles of water!
Despite its proximity to the town the hotel was quiet and peaceful and we will definitely return having got such a good deal through travel republic!

“ The hotel is very basic. If you are looking for a cheap escape then this could be a option for you. The service and cleanliness was fine in the hotel, the food not too bad. location is ok, the steps next to the hotel down to the main restaurant, shops and beach area are very long and quite steep, many people would find these quite challenging, but there is a better walk round the roads which is safer and easier, but will take a few more minutes, to the beach in 10 mins via the steps or 15+ round the road route. The pool area was fine, on two terraces, one with small/kids pool and the lower one with the main pool and bar area. All in all not a terrible hotel but will do the job if price is big factor.

Top Tip:
The beach at this resort is lovely and makes for a great sunset which is beautiful. If you fancy a nice paella or something a bit more spanish for food and to watch a lovely sunset then you cant go wrong with the restaurant meson de mer, which is on the other side of the bay, but is worth the walk and can be seen from the beach.
first thing you will need to remember is to take an extra 50 euros for a deposit which is not mentioned. The second would be anything other than a bed and microwave (self catering) you will need to pay extra for per night i.e air conditioning, a must for most of the season at night time.
