“ The hotel is off the beaten track and is in the heart of the Malaga mountains. It was comfortable and generally well appointed. The grounds / swimming pool were very good. The dining area was small and gave the impression that not many guests took dinner which probably explains why the menu and food were no more than average.

“ The hotel is set in a very scenic environment in the mountains to the north of the city. It is perfect for those that want to be somewhere secluded but not for those that are after city or beech action. The room was a good size and the bathroom was also good. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meal and wine was enjoyable; the breakfast was the usual buffet standard. If you want to get about you really do need a car. The drive to Malaga city is about 15 minutes whilst the drive to the beeches is about 30 minutes. Overall, we were very happy.
