A lovely hotel in a super area! I love the clean modern rooms with a free minibar, the spectacular views and the friendly, welcoming staff.
The area has fab bars and restaurants, something to suit all tastes, and the hotel is in the middle of this.
“ Top Tip: Cheers is a bar/restaurant approximately 2 mins walk from the hotel. It does a wonderful range of cocktails and has very reasonably priced good food.

The location of the hotel is superb if what is wanted (as I did) is centre town. The roof-top restaurant/bar area is gorgeous and afforded superb views of the arrival of the legionaires during Holy week. The breakfast was high quality and better than that offered in other 4 star Malaga Hotels. Staff were very polite and helpful
The bedroom was not really of the standard I would have expected. My bed creaked and the bed linen, whilst it was totally clean, was old and didn't really fit the bed. It was impossible to secure the bottom sheet and this meant that the bed did not "remain made". This led to an uncomfortable night's sleep. Sound proofing was not efficient and noise from the street could be heard during the night. The public areas were drab and not welcoming. The hotel seems in need of a serious refurb if it is not to disappoint and match its wonderful location.
“ Top Tip: The Moraga on the Malagueta beach is very good. It is a pleasant walk away through the Paseo del Parque. There are also other good restaurants near the hotel. La reserva, La Cepa and Gorki's are worth a visit

Centrally located, nice boutique style rooms comfortable beds and clean bathrooms good facilities include fitness room, library with internet access, roof terrace good views, small plunge pool, some rooms have balconies, free mini bar, LCD TV, CD player/radio, breakfast average.
Reception area too small for size of hotel and gets crowded, lifts are small and seem to be constantly stuck on the top/terrace floor meaning you have to wait for ages. TV only has two English channels BBC World News and CNBC, should have more, double glazing in room totally inadequate noise from outside not suppressed in any way, corridors too dark could see door entry system to get entry card into slot, rooms also quite dark, poor lighting.
Overall was expecting better for class of hotel, would probably look elswhere next time.

“ very enjoyable 3 day break , well sited hotel within walking distance of old town,front of house rooms have great views over Port and Harbour,with its lovely new promenade,bars and restaurant,this was our second visit to this hotel and would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Malaga,staff are very polite and helpful,accomodation clean and well maintained,and bonus of free mini bar refilled each day, we will definitely return
“ Top Tip: entrance to Cathedrals are free on sundays,most museums close on mondays,ask for the deal of the day at lunchtime (cheaper and smaller meals approx 6-8 euros)and dont forget to visit the sherry bar.
