“ very enjoyable 3 day break , well sited hotel within walking distance of old town,front of house rooms have great views over Port and Harbour,with its lovely new promenade,bars and restaurant,this was our second visit to this hotel and would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Malaga,staff are very polite and helpful,accomodation clean and well maintained,and bonus of free mini bar refilled each day, we will definitely return
“ Top Tip: entrance to Cathedrals are free on sundays,most museums close on mondays,ask for the deal of the day at lunchtime (cheaper and smaller meals approx 6-8 euros)and dont forget to visit the sherry bar.

“ This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in! It was in an excellent position with easy access to the sights, the restaurants and the beach. We had rooms on the 12th floor which had fabulous views over the harbour. The only potential problem might have been the noise from the street below but with effective airconditioning and double glazing this was minor.The roof garden and pool were an added bonus which we used several times. As I had read in reviews of the hotel the service in the roof terrace bar was very slow, but you're on holiday so who cares? The rooms were spacious and well soundproofed with a free mini bar of soft drinks which I had never come across before.Breakfasts were excellent and served till 11 during the week and 12 at the weekends,which is great if you've been sampling the night life! All in all I would have no hesitation about recommending this hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

“ Very nice rooms. We got a room on the 9th floor with a view to the harbour, wonderful! Close to Calle Larios, the bus stop and the beach. Delicious breakfast with everything you can wish for!

“ Room was good and well appointed. Particularly liked the free mini bar for the free water. Not enough coat hangers. Pool small but adequate. Good vibe in the evening.
“ Top Tip: Go out of the hotel turn left and go up to the amphitheatre and there's a restaurant called El Pimpi - very good.

“ Dump, no more than a two star hostel. The only good thing about the royal beach was when we were leaving. In the unfortunate event that you find yourself there, bring your platforms and bell bottom trousers. the seventies called the want their hotel back....

“ Very comfortable rooms. Good continental breakfast with wide choice. Good location in centre of Malaga. No vehicle access therefore have to walk from a drop off point. This was not a problem as we knew where we were going. Easy to find at the top of the main shopping street.
