Renovated in 2006, the air-conditioned and family friendly hotel consists of a main building and an annexe and a total of 70 rooms, a garden and a terrace. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk and a cloakroom. In addition, the hotel comes with an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for children, a bar, a cafe, a breakfast room and a conference room. The following services are also available for an additional fee: public Internet access, medical attention and bicycle hire. Use of a car park and room service is also available.This hotel is situated at the heart of Sierra de Grazalema national park. Bars and the excavations sites of Romano Acinipo are around 10 km away, restaurants, nightclubs and shops are to be found in the centre of Ronda about 20 km away, the beach and golf course of Marbella are 65 km away, Jerez de la Frontera is 75 km away, whilst Seville is 95 km away and Malaga airport is located approximately 110 km away, whilst Malaga itself is 115 km from the hotel.Accommodated in small white houses, the en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a double or king-size bed, Internet access, central heating and a balcony or a terrace. The air conditioning can be individually regulated.The outdoor complex features a swimming pool with a poolside snack bar, a children's paddling area as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Further leisure options include sailing, catamaran sailing, canoeing, pedalo boats, archery, horse riding (15 km away from the hotel) and cycling/mountain biking (for an additional fee). Guided tours to Ronda and wineries are also available. This eco hotel is a great place for bird watching as well as for those interested in botany and hiking.From Ronda: take the A376 in the direction of Sevilla-Algodonales. After 16 km, take a left to Grazalema Village (road C-3327). Follow signs to the hotel. From Seville: take the A376 in the direction of Utrera. Nearing Algodonales, follow the signs to Ronda. After 16 km, take a right to Grazalema Village (road C-3327). Follow signs to the hotel.The Hotel is situated in a National Park.

We stayed her for a few nights to visit Ronda and the Natural Park around Grazelema. The hotel has a pleasant, rustic ambience in a stunning location. It is also very good value for money. It offers very basic, sparsely furnished accommodation (though with air conditioned and good shower). Food is of canteen quality - though prices reflect this (around 6E for a main course, 3E for a starter/dessert when we stayed - Sep 2010). The hotel is equi-distant between Ronda and Grazelema (around 18kms to each), which is where you'll find the nearest collection of restaurants. Great location for visiting the coutryside/walking in the area - the scenery in the Grazelema Natural Park is beautiful. Staff were quite helpful, though it's useful if you have a smattering of Spanish. The pool area is pleasant, though the limited number of loungers are well past their replacement date. Free parking. No wifi.
“ Top Tip: The countryside around Grazelema is surprisingly dramatic and beautiful - even after the long, hot summer. Senetil is a fascinating village built into the rock face - well worth a visit if travelling in that area. If visiting Ronda, the bullring and musuem is very well presented and well worth a visit. If travelling by car, make sure you get as up to date and detailed a map as possible, as many of the road numbers have changed.
