The residence is a comfortable and spacious apartment hotel with a total expansion of 50,000 mee of green land and a lovely garden, where guests can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the north coast of Minorca. The complex offers a restaurant, a lobby with 24 hour reception, a conference facilities and an amphitheatre. In addition, a physician visit the complex daily.This apartment complex is located in the north of the island and lies only around 550 m from the sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell, in the peaceful area of Coves Noves. Near the complex guests will find supermarkets, tennis courts, a golf course and the charming port of Addaya. It has an excellent communication and various points of interest. The complex is 9 km from the centre of Alaior, 18 km from Mahen and 22 km from Ciutadella. Port Fornells is located about 10 km, which has a pretty fishing port.All the apartments are air-conditioned and have a safety deposit box, telephone and satellite television, a complete bathroom with bath or shower, lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace or balcony.Guests are offered 3 swimming pools, two with integrated children's pool and a separate children's pool as well as spacious solarium with sun loungers and parasols available for use. Further leisure offers include tennis (with 2 courts and extra fee) and enjoy the sports in which you can practice fitness, archery and volleyball, plus a gym. The nearest golf course is 8 km from the hotel. An entertainment programme for adults and children alike complete the hotel's offer.

“ everything great,room cleaned everyday,lots of choice in the restaurant,nice pool and safe for toddlers,friendly staff. ten minute walk to beach so take a small pushchair if you have a toddler.
“ Top Tip: go to the other big hotel above the beach and take the lift to floor -1,its a much easier way to get to the beach!

We booked half board for two of us and were accomodated in a two bedroom apartment with lounge, bathroom, balcony & kitchen area with washing m/c, fridge and freezer. The beach is excellent and was walkable being about half a mile away but recovering from surgery we never did. A village with harbour in the opposite direction about the same distance. The complex is spread over several blocks separated by very quiet roads with two pool complexs available to us, though there are others in the hotel. We were there at the end of June early July with the pool area outside our apartment being quiet and relaxing with plenty of sun-beds. The other pool area was similar but a bit more lively. The restaurant provided a good selection with varied menus and friendly staff. Ideal place to chill out but will be frustrating if you want a more lively time. We had a car and toured the island seeing some remarkable archaeology and excellent beaches.
The reception staff were very helpful to assisting us to sort out problems that were nothing to do with the hotel. Many thanks to the lovely Renata.
The spa was dissapointing as it was only open for two hours a day 17:00 to 19:00 and 12 Euros but the gym was free though open formally for only three hours but was avilable on request.
“ Top Tip: There is a commercial complex a couple of hundred yards away with supermarket, restaurants and kids park with occasional evening events in the square, generally low key but free and warm.

Air con not working in our room. Complained on numerous occasions and was told it was a central problem. Talked to my neighbor who it turned out had air con. Hit the roof with the people at reception and got moved.
Food awful.
Kids entertainment rubbish!

Top Tip:
Avoid the Irish bar in Arnel. Owner is a total prick as are the people who go there.
Great pizza place at the other side of the road though

Excellent service from, what I would rate as, a top-of-the-range 3 star hotel. Food choice and variety was excellent.
Arenal is visually stunning and a great destination if you want a fine beach, safe and sheltered sea and not too much commercialisation. Roads and bus service were also very good.

“ Lovely hotel. Pleasant staff etc. Food ok. No entertainment as publicised. Hotel catered for 1,200 guests - Overall only 30 people in the hotel confirmed by management. Absolutley NO entertainment (reiterated) We would rather have saved our money and stayed at home.
“ Top Tip: Nice beach. Another hotel close proximity with lively bar and entertainment for all age ranges.
