Built in 1988 and refurbished in 2009, this complex comprises 16 villas, which share a swimming pool. The complex is surrounded by a beautiful garden and has very impressive sea views. On-site facilities include a lobby and a hotel safe. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park.This finca is situated in the town of Binibeca Vell.
The complex is a replica of a fishermen's settlement and reproduces traditional Mediterranean architecture. The beach can be reached in only 5 minutes on foot, whilst the centre of San Luis is around 3 km away. Mahon can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car or public transport and Mahon Airport is roughly 11 km from the accommodation.These villas come with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. They are fitted with a complete en suite bathroom with a bath, as well as a kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.
Additional amenities include a dining room, satellite/cable TV, a safe, an ironing set, and a balcony or terrace.The complex has a private outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers and parasols have been laid out poolside for guests' use. The nearby sandy, rock and pebble beaches feature sun loungers and parasols for hire (fees apply).To reach the hotel, go to San Luis and pass through the city until arriving at a roundabout named de la Pau, which gives directions to get to the complex.

“ The location and facilities near to the apartment were very good. The apartment itself had everything we expected, however, it was dirty and we had a problem with ants. On arrival, the ants were apparent at the front door so the lady gave us some ant killer. We had to move bedrooms after the first night as there were ants crawling on our beds and pillows. Fortunately, we did have rooms to choose from so it wasn't a huge problem. Our daughted is crawling and the lack of cleanliness was obvious the moment she crawled on the tiled floors. As she is crawling and hygiene is very important to me, I sprent 3 hours on the first full day we were there sweeping the floors and giving them a thorough mop. We did mention this to the lady, however, her english is that poor I doubt she had any idea what we were saying. Three days into the holiday, the cleaners came around and it was when I saw their method of cleaning that I realised why the floors were so dirty. They did not once change the water in the bucket and they didn't sweep the floors first, just mopped the dust etc into a pile as they went along. This did mar our holiday somewhat as you don't expect to have to clean as soon as you arrive! The only way this feedback can be given to the lady is in Spanish! Thank you.
“ Top Tip: Smugglers restaurant is just 2 mins walk away from the apartment and serves great food. They also cater excellently for young children.

Primasud Apartments is a low rise two storey complex situated amongst spacious gardens, only 200 metres from the beach and 15km from the Airport. This complex is ideal for families. On site there are two swimming pools, spacious gardens with a children's playground, a bar, snack bar, pool tables (local charge) and a reception. Cots are available upon request. Nearby is the local supermarket, restaurants and bars.
“ The apartment was well presented and very clean, as were the hotel grounds. The hotel pools were also lovely but the water was freezing!! The hotel bar food was nice but very expensive. Nice beach with bars and restaurants nearby but most things were pretty expensive, even in the local supermarkets.

This holiday complex comprises a total of 150 lodgings spread over several 2-floor buildings. Adjacent to the 24-hour reception is a restaurant and a snack-bar with TV. Wireless Internet access is provided. Guests may also make use of the public Internet terminal as well as the car park facilities.

This apartment complex comprises a 2-storey building with a total of 85 apartments and is surrounded by approximately 1,000 me of wonderful gardens.
“ This development is very crowded and all the apparetments are cheek by jowl. With no air-con, windows have to be left open throughout the night and the surrounding streets, alleys and bars are very loud. This is a picturesque place to visit but not to sleep in.

Siesta Mar apartments complex is situated on the edge of Cala n Porter, just 10 minutes from the beach. The unit is ideal for families due to the special facilities for children available. The apartments were recently refurbished and all of them are fully equipped and very tastefully decorated. The airport is just 20 minutes away and all entertainment and dining facilities are very close to the unit.
“ Large apartment with lovely breakfast included. Only problem was the lack of cleaning and changing of towels/bedding. We were there 9 days and the room was cleaned twice on the 3rd and 7th days. Our friends we travelled with only had their room cleaned and new towels once on the 3rd day.

This hotel was completely renovated in 2002 and comprises a total of 100 apartments and 12 studios set over two floors. Facilities on offer include a spacious foyer, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter, a public Internet terminal, and a 24-hour reception. The hotel also features a cafe, a small supermarket, a range of shops, a cosy bar with an outdoor terrace, a nightclub, an air-conditioned e la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area, and an e la carte Thai restaurant. Additionally, room and laundry services as well as medical assistance are offered to guests. The complex also features a bicycle storage room and a play area where younger guests may let off steam.
“ The staff were friendly and polite. The room was basic and we arrived late, as we entered we were hit with a terrible smell from the drains. There was only one small hand towel each as they had forgotten to leave bath towels.
