The Sol Gavilanes is the only hotel in Cala Galdana located right on the beach. Cala Galdana is a fine sandy cove located on the south coast of Menorca in the municipality of Ferreries and is one of the island's most beautiful coves. The hotel is surrounded by gardens and pine trees that reach right down to the beach. The hotel offers exclusive views of the coastline. From its restaurants and terraces, as well as from the rooms on the front of the hotel, you can admire a magnificent view of crystal clear waters and the sand below. Hotel certified with ISO14001 and EMAS for its environmental practices.
“ Fantastic location. View spectacular. Ask for room as high up as possible to ensure best view. Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and polite. We hired a car from airport for the week and found this to be a great option. Travelled all over the island and found some lovely coves and little villages.

Apartments Floramar are located in Cala Galdana, southern Menorca, 35 Km from Mahon, 31 Km from the airport and 250 m from the beach and the shopping centre. Cala Galdana is one of the prettiest coves on the island where you can enjoy nautical sports such as light sailing, diving, motor boating, etc... Excursions on foot that will take you in 40 minutes to adjacent, still unspoilt, coves Cala Mitjana y Cala Macarella. This Aparthotel, consists of 76 apartments (of 1 or 2 rooms) and 2 studios. All of are equipped with: complete bathroom with hairdryer, sitting room with fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster electric, microwaves), air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, phone, terrace or balcony, and piped music.
“ The apartment that we were given was spacious and clean. It had a fine balcony looking away from the pool. The room had rather smokey smell to it, but by opening the windows we managed to reduce this. There was a good range of food at the buffet breakfast and dinner, although some was not as hot as we would have liked. All the personel were pleasant and helpful. Excellent value for money!

The Confortel Menorca Apartments are located in Cala Galdana, a Menorca idyllic area, famous for its beauty, sandy beaches and family atmosphere. Hotel is located only 200 meters from the beach and it also features a large outdoor pool surrounded by deck chairs and umbrellas where you can swim or sunbathe. Children off all ages can have fun and make new friends in the Mini Club. The apartments are decorated in a functional style and have a large terrace ideal for sunbathing and a kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and toaster. They also feature air conditioning, satellite TV and safety deposit box. Besides, the Confortel Menorca has a Bar-Cafeteria, a Restaurant. Free Wi-Fi in public areas and free outdoor parking are also offered.
“ The hotel was attractive with a beautiful pool and vista. It was well maintained. One of the nicest in the resort for a 3*. Staff were friendly, although not all spoke English which could be difficult.

“ Pool 1.5m deep throughout ,no shallow end so unsuitable for children/non swimmers. Long steep ramp followed by 17+ steps to rear bungalows and many steps to front bungalows so unsuitable for elderly or disabled.

Situated in the centre of the resort, built in 1986 and last renovated in 2007, this apartment complex consists of 50 one-bedroom apartments. The complex offers guests a reception with limited opening hours and parking facilities. For a fee, guests can also make use of the establishment's Internet access.
“ Fab location as close to beach, bars, restaurants, & parks. Went with my husband, 6yr old son & 3yr old daughter. Safe place for the children. Rooms were very clean & had everything.

The hotel complex is spread over 6 floors and offers 24 single rooms, 204 double rooms and 12 suites. Guests who prefer a more independent accommodation option may take advantage of the 76 available apartments spread over 1- to 3-storey bungalows. The new Prestige studios are also available. Guests may additionally make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk and lift. Furthermore, various shops, a hairdressing salon, a bar, a games room, a TV room and a restaurant are also available to guests. In addition, there is Internet access to be used within the hotel and a children's play area. A laundry service completes the offer.
“ Hotel was very clean. There was a wide variety of food and they catered for people with food allergies. Close to the beach- across the road and take a little walk on a decked walkway.

Renovated in 2004, this apartment complex offers a 2-storey building and consists of 35 apartments. It comprises a reception, a pizzeria restaurant beside the pool.
“ The hotel was a short walk up the hill from the beach, and then there were steps to the apartment, which gave us fantastic views. The owner was very accommodating and was happy for us to move apartments for a better view and to keep our room until our transfer time. Good facilities, including kettle and toaster, there were plenty of local supermarkets to buy provisions from.

It is the ideal destination for everyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is next to the beach and approximately 40 km from the airport of Menorca. The hotel has a Spa centre, a relaxation and beauty zone of 700m2; the spa circuit of 1 hour 30 minutes stands out in the centre. A wide range of treatment based on the independent or mixed use of cold and warm water is available for the guests. Entrance is not allowed to children under 16 years old.
“ The hotel was lovely and very clean. The food was great as chefs cooked all food in-front of you with a variety of choice. Not the traditional "buffet" style. The only thing is that as we went in April over the Easter break and it was a little out of season so was very quiet, ut was set in the best area of Menorca.
