Beautifully clean, very helpful staff. Plenty of room and well decorated. Pool was sparkling. Food was ok, but no variety - there were choices on the menu but it stayed the same for the week.
Would have liked more offers of trips out from the hotel.
All in all a great holiday.

Excellent service, superb location - couldn't have been any better.
Simple, but clean and comfortable apartments with great views.
Very good breakfast with ample choice.
The majority of staff are english speaking and were all very helpful and friendly.
However it is advisable to have a hire car to get around as Cala Llonga is slightly isolated without one - and it is the best way to see the island.
All in all a great holiday - highly recommended.

We had a lovely week at the aparthotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The receptionists were excellent and gave us valuable advice for getting around and places/beaches to go to.The apartment was well equipped and everywhere was kept very clean.
However, although we saw comments before we booked about it being a good idea to have a car, we discovered that it is ESSENTIAL to have a car to be able to get anywhere. There isn't anything but a small supermarket in the immediate area and a cafe at the hotel with a good but limited selection of food. It is also cheaper to book your car in advance when booking your holiday rather than in the resort.

Top Tip:
There is a lovely beach with good cafe and restaurant at Es Grau in the national park.
Es Castell is a lovely fishing village with some shops and restaurants.
Eating out can be very expensive, especially in Port Mao.
If you drink tea, take your own teabag to the restaurant for breakfast and ask for a pot of hot water. They don't have any tea on offer, just coffee!!

“ Lovely, quiet hotel in a very pretty location. Perfect if you want a quiet, relaxing break. Port is a €7 taxi ride away and was really nice also. Myself and my friend felt safe at all times. Would go back for a chilled weekend away.

Fantastic apartments in a lovely setting, absolute peace and quiet, the staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful a pleasure to stay there, we will return again.
You will need a car to explore the island, there are so many lovely places to see in Menorca the Nature Reserve is a stunning place to visit, we saw Tortoises, Birds of Prey the lake in the reserve is beautiful no crowds of people. There are a lot of places to walk along the coastline, lovely rugged scenery.
Fantastic Holiday overall no complaints what so ever.
